This was such a amazing fan film, the animation, the creativity, but most importantly the story l/characters and feelings that they convey. The Sonic 3 movie needs the nail the connection Shadow had with Maria and how him losing her lost his only real family. How he went from being the protector of the world to its destroyer. Ah but also small things I love in this are the details like Shadow’s tank having the colored chaos emerald lights, the callbacks to the hedgehog opening, the air shoes animated commercial, how cool/terrifying they made chaos control and how they explained the inhibit rings. One nitpick I have is I don’t really see why Maria and Shadow hung out in that room for hours…we’re they waiting for the professor? I mean the G.U.N. Soldiers weren’t just gonna go away on their own? And I know it’s more accurate to the game, but I kinda wish Maria went with Shadow to Earth if only to experience it briefly before dying. It would have made it that much more tragic. Otherwise nearly perfect with minor nitpicks that some of the voice acting doesn’t quite at times, and some of the dialogue being a bit clunky(might be a result of it being translated though). And yeah I also felt putting. Black Doom in the credits spoiled it.Otherwise it was perfect. Seriously impressive for a fan project. I wonder if they are considering doing a Shadow the hedgehog or SA2 sequel with that stinger? I’d love to see it.

I felt so bad for Shadow in this. Honestly, the ending just broke my heart. The entire story was so sad. Makes me love him even more. I would’ve just comforted him. Can we all just give Shadow a hug?

I really agree that Paramount should take notes from this fanmade video, it was made so well! They made a great choice on who would be voicing you Shadow, and all the others who are in it and with the CGI that was used in it, they also made you be the most handsome looking hedgehog ever! Sorry that watching it made you again see what tragically happened to Maria. I hope that you can recover from the emotional horror of it.

I saw the whole animation yesterday, and the one part that made me nearly 😭 was when your friend Maria was trying to save you and then she got shot. But still she's still in your heart ❤️

I’ve been researching that someone else would have been in charge of g.u.n 50 years ago which would explain why they didn’t show shadow, Maria and gerald empathy plus towers would of been a kid still by that time which would explain why he was so grumpy 50 years later towards shadow since he blames shadow for her death also the fact that he was jealous, it’s nice that he shows kindness to shadow after knowing shadow wasn’t a threat but just misunderstood, towers would of been around 60 something I assume

It was never shadow's of what happened to Maria .He was only protecting her like a good friend would truly do for others . Because Maria was the only true friend in space colony ARK . No wonderway that is why he was so heartless and showed no emotions towards others . By the way the project shadow part of the movie is beyond fanomable .I can't wait to see the movie and shadow in it .Even though this was a fan film paramount needs to take notes from this .

I think they will do a good job, but I really wonder if they can do it as well as this fan film. I also wonder if they will change Maria’s death to keep it more PG. I doubt they can show soldiers aiming and a gunshot. They just need to make sure that the tragic feeling is there and show us why it would deeply affect both Shadow and the professor to lead them to trying to destroy the world. Oh I hope they blow up the moon.

@@theredeft5319 I mean they showed gunfire in the 2nd movie when the military opened fire on eggman's death egg robot. But you do make a bit of a point of having a gun pointed at a young girl, and that will not bode well for when young kids go to watch the movie
