I found something out. While looking to find who was the cgi and voice of Dr Monty, in found that he is not just the bad guy but that he is considered by the Shadow man to be the devil. Under Dr montys name there was a list of aliases. All of those names where the same as the devil, such as Beelzebub, Lucifer, Satan, The Devil, all by Shadowman. In religions, the devil is considered an liar, cheat, and deceiver, and if monty is really evil, then there is a main reason behind why botd happened. Jus sayin

Honestly the only ‘confusing’ aspect of the storyline is how everything is linked. For example - Primis instructed the Der Eisendrache castle to be built. Said castle was built by the wolf king whose right hand man was Leroy. Leroy is also seen in Buried etc. etc. So there is a LOT of aspects of the story where Treyarch must have been planning years in advance. So therefore to understand the story you have to wait years to find out or have to be around for years already to understand.

Yeah but you gotta understand, sal daluca is only his half brother. Because there mother is actually shadowmans wife which is the son of the panzer from origins which is takeos father. It all makes sense now. Dempsey is an apothican and nikolai is having a gay relationship with the boss from call of the dead. Yes the tranzit characters are very important and the events of moon are now being told through classified. The punch card easter egg tells that the ultimis crew teleported from the moon. You can then hear Dempsey in hangar 4.

That's not primis richtofen in the machine. He has no scar on his cheek, but the one who leaves in the portal does have one. Also the richtofen in the opening cutscene and the one we play as has no scar. This makes me think that maybe richtofen knew the shadow man was trying to trap him, so he sent another richtofen (the one we see in the ending cutscene) in his place to be sacrificed , and maybe him knowing it's a trap is also the reason his lab is built under alcatraz......... just a thought.

The Richtofen in the chainmail is post great war richtofen, he was in the fifth cryogenic chamber. He couldn't have been contacted by the shadowman and its clear from the radios that the shadowman doesn't like richtofen from the "spare him no pain" quote. I think the reason richtoftens lab is underneath Alcatraz is because he knew it was a trap. He needed somewhere safe to keep the terminus crew and had them all in cryosleep. And once he made the sacrifice he knew he would have to, the entire island loses power thus turning off the cryochambers thus waking up terminus to either possibly revitalize richtofen or to have them use the remaining blood of his to teleport to there next destination. And more than likely since stulinger can still hear richtoftens voice in his head they'll have a guide on what to do next

Actually you forget that the devil is paired with a God. Dr. Monty did this. He is not as good as you might imagine. He's only good because the Shadow Man is the other half of him. The summoning key....it has more powers than trapping a soul. It creates gateways with the proper work. Richtofen was merely a pawn. Shadow Man a pawn. The mobsters and warden all pawns. The king piece is Monty. He wanted to stop the vials from breaking the cycle. So we have two more maps being created. A new Revelations map. And a secret event map that can only be accessed when they give us they keys. They leaked it before Revelations came out. The cutscene shows the true ending of the plan. And I can't wait until it is finally revealed to you all.

Remember the whisp in revelations where the Shadow man says ritchtoffen was once his apprentice? Perhaps the ritchtoffen in the cryo tank or another ritchtoffen set up this trap in the prison, ethier from direct order or subtle influence, the chronorium is an appochancan book, maybe the shadow man has influence on it when it changes ....just a couple thoughts to through out there

The shadow man planned this not only across time, but across the omniverse. Somehow, he can perceive events across the cycle. He can understand the continuous resting. He let the original cycle happen. He allowed it to loop and loop knowing the krenorium would be set in stone and force Richthofen to continuously complete the cycle. Once his immortal soul became powerful enough and his sins so great, he ended the cycle by springing the trap. It’s a trap across an omniverse that Richthofen cannot understand. It was impossible for him to foresee it. Until Primis... he knows he has to kill Monty and the Shadowman to end the eternal struggle. If there are not gods to control and destroy, peace can come

This is just a thought, but did anyone notice the way Nikolai looked at the blood vials? Could it be something similar to the bo3 map giant when Richthofen just kneels over the dead body, and almost everyone looked over it? Maybe something similar here as well? Cause if you look closely, two vials are empty and undamaged. Maybe I’m crazy, but it’s just a thought.

I don't believe it was The Shadowman. Rather, it was a fractured and/or possibly Primis Richtofen that changed specific events within the cycle. Most notably, something that prevented the need for the blood vial insurance policies. I remember that the Richtofen they met in the opening cutscene had no scar (to indicate he was not from the timeline at Der Eisendrache and onward) and no blood vials on him (indicating he no longer needed them to protect himself). So my speculation is that the Richtofen we saw in the opening cutscene was a fractured Richtofen that had met the Primis Richtofen and thus was broken from the cycle before the events of The Giant (because he already knew of the original chain of events and that the Kronorium was changed to reflect them). In doing so, he had been able to affect a number of events within the cycle that changed how Blood of the Dead was supposed to play out. Blood of the Dead was actually a timeline adjustment to break everyone free of the cycle (or at least start the process). This is evidenced with several bits: - The crew was not as close to the lab as expected. - The Richtofen they met indicated they had also arrived at the wrong time. - The Richtofen they met had also handed them the blood vials with "you know what to do, two per person". - He told the player Richtofen that events had changed and what was needed had no longer matched the original plan. This not only says to me that he was a future Richtofen modifying events, but also one that was fully aware of other aspects within the timeline and knew which ones would cause the required changes.

I think that Rictofen knew he had to die when reading the changes in the kronorium and id also like to think that his dying foiled the shadow mans plans but im probably just deluding myself

Did anybody notice that when the ending cutscene started, There's a bird coming out of somewhere, so does that mean something?? Right after the part where takeo was saying that the ghosts are singing.

U got a semi theory that the tranzit crew can save the nice richtofen the shawdows of evil crew might haved worked with the alcatraz group maybe it might be a 16player game or a 8playergame

What would happen if Doctor Monty got put into the summing key? Is it possible this is the Shadow Mans plan? What if the Shadow Man and Doctor Monty fused/ became one? Could this even be a possibility?

I always loved the mobsters land that we knowing that they helped the premise crew escape and they are free souls...... This is a lot to take in
