The cinematic in itself is really high effort and it's the only cinematic I genuenly spent time watching at the start of a game.

Even Titan explains and talks Shadow so humbly when he's literally the conqueror of the world!

Wow, 10 years later and I still remember every boss name. Shows how memorable and remarkable this game was. Loved Widow's fans when I obtained them for the unique throwing attack and shoguns katana and wakizashi 5 hit combo attack. I remember playing this game twice, cuz first time I accidently deinstalled it, right before I was fighting Titan the first time. Then I had to replay the whole game and finally defeated Titan on 2nd gameplay. I decided to replay this chapter in eclipse mode again but after a hundred tries I just couldn't get past Evil May, since it was almost impossible to defeat her without the Monk Set.

Evil May on eclipse is bullcrap. The fact that her magic can one shot kill you is stupid, especially if she uses it when you are on the floor. No need to mention that she also does a lot of damage even if you block.

Fun fact: Shadow was voiced by Dennis Bateman, who voiced the Pyro and the Spy from TF2 as well. Shadow kinda fits with the other characters as well, as their true names are not revealed and they all have done questionable things. Damn, now I imagine Shadow wearing a mask, smoking a cigar and having a French accent while wielding the Flame Clubs and Fire Ball.

Shadow’s character really showed development throughout the game. In the beginning, he was overly-confident and him wanting to fight stronger opponents, it lead him to breaking a law that changed him - becoming an actual shadow. This lead him to fighting, not only stronger opponents, but to also reclaim the world from the darkness he caused. He now fights to fix what he had done, to fight and protect those he cares I love this game and intro

Better art, better story, more original concept, cooler gameplay. This is astronomically better than any of the other sequels. I wish they kept to this style and story

Remember when we want to watch the full intro but accidently tap the screen?

Man it's been 10 years but still nostalgic. How amusing to see such things again and again

This intro goes so fucking hard. When the demons write the letters it’s so goddamn cool. This game is a symbol of what mobile games used to be.

I just love how the game started from Ancient China/ Feudal Japan and ended with futuristic dystopian cyberpunk vibes. It reminds me of Samurai Jack and The Last Airbender so much.

Damn..never gets old.

The fact that this came to my recommended is just Wholesome. I remember this legendary game. Dang

the game of my childhood, I was ~ 13-12 when I fell in love with this game, now I am almost 18 and I still love and will love it, the third part is also very good, but the plot is clearly ruined.

If it was Western styled like Castlevania from Netflix then it would fit better than Eastern style (anime)

Flarius Solus The name of the guy with the buster sword is Titan. After you beat Shogun in act VI, you have to battle all the leaders like Lynx, Hermit etc. in a row at the Gates of Shadows. After that, act VII: Revelation is unlocked, where Titan awaits you. At this point though, the game needs an update before you can start playing it. I love this game. 5 stars. A+.

Dude went from being a invincible warrior, to a LITTERAL invincible warrior

Loved this game so much , I remember how satisfied I was after finally beating Titan, the countless losses, the days waiting for my energy to recharge, the different combinations I tried, truly one of the best mobile game experiences

I never get tired of this intro.

The way they just did an entire animation for the slogan of their game and composed an entire fire song just proves how good mobile games WERE

Damn I still remember playing this game when I was 13 with my cousin on his tablet everyday. Now I'm 21 and the nostalgia hits so hard man. Time flies so fast

This was my most fav game ever. At least played every map 100 times. Almost watched every time the intro. The stage songs were fire. This is a game where you can see passion from the maker. Unfortunately back then we were so hyped for sf3 but when we played it we were disappointed. However this intro always gives me chills

IM BACK AFTER 5 YEARS THIS GAME WILL BE ALWAYS FOREVER GOLD💛
