I used to draw a lot till a year ago, I had improved a lot and could draw realistic drawings as well.... But then I didn't draw for about a year next, now I watched one of your videos a month ago and got the motivation to draw again. I am working on a portrait at the moment and I am not rushing it through a lot.... I would just like to thank you

Finally someone who can teach me something about shading lol. I sketch here and there, but they take only like 2 hours at most. When I shade I don't take my time. Now that I see your videos, they are pretty close to my sketches, one difference is that you take your time with your sketches. Thanks for the tips 🤙

Simply amazing work! I don't know how you use a blending stump though. I hate how it feels likenit dulls my work. Also, your control with value and the ability to reach certain levels is awe inspiring. For softening edges and blending I'll use a brush. Instead of a blending stump I'll often use a harder graphite. Always gentle, always in layers. Thank you for sharing!!!

I also use q-tip and Kleenex tissues for smoother blending. Very nice work

I graduated in graphic design many years ago, but it's now a hobby. I watched tons of videos and bought an array of pencils, charcoal pencils and charcoal powder. I'm really determined to produce a realistic picture using these items. I think the secret is to take all the time in the world and not rush, which is what I was doing at first.

I always try to draw realistic and detailed but I’m not used to work on one picture for one or two hours I just finish it somehow because I can’t draw realistic or portraits and I always don’t know what to draw and when I shade it always gets too dark ugh I don’t know but I still like to draw and I’ll keep going to be as good as you one day .
