Are the brackets supposed to stick out over the top of the valence once installed? If so, what a shame! Why have a nice, painted valence only to have gray metal clips sticking out?! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Can’t see bc the camera work is 3rd grade level .. and builders hands are covering the entry points. Spend on an instructional video more than use of what appears to be an iPhone.
