I do not put boiling water in plastic pot noodles and avoid plastic cups and paper cups lined with transparent plastic inner layers. The softer the plastic the more of those chemical(s).

Shabbot shalom! I’m about to be a mother for the first time at 32 and although I am agnostic and still trying to understand life and how we have come to be in this universe, watching your videos has made me really wonder a lot about life. I’ve been stressed, overwhelmed, scared, and let it all get the best of me and it’s made my days long and difficult. Seeing how you are actually using your hard work and daily duties to APPRECIATE life while staying calm and patient is a beautiful thing. Makes me feel guilty for complaining so much about trivial things like work and household chores. I want to be able to find the peace you have to get through my days and be thankful and appreciate all the wonderful things I have been blessed with like my family, home, and my soon to be son. Thank you for sharing all that you do because it really puts a lot into perspective for me just as a woman and how hard we all work in different ways to get through our daily lives. It’s how you see the beauty in it all and take the positives from it that make me want to find a healthier, better way to manage my time and responsibilities so that I feel happy and not overwhelmed and sad at the end of the day….and now I’m crying 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️

Hello sweet mommy to be! thank you so much to have taken the time to write to me today I pressed send too quickly for my first answer so here I am again!!! for me what helps me go through my day is to find a higher purpose in the tasks and focus on the result it may sound a bit special but every timeI see something that is not in its place or even dirty dishes or dirty laundry it sends a message to me consciously and unconsciously that I need to do some thing and I am missing something which creates stress for me most of the time unconsciously!! so when I clean I pick up i tidy up it quiets my mind and gives me a sense of peace because when I look around things are the way they should be and once that it is done because my goal was to have a peaceful mind I am able to focus on what is really important G.od my family and myself I hope that this little titbit will help you if you need more help please let me know and also please know that all this is a work in progress and I truly believe that you will succeed in finding a way that it will be soothing for your mind and your soul sending you many many virtual hugs and never forget that you are loved and you are enough just the way you are

Give God a chance...maybe the things do you need and answers are there. You may have changes and feelings that you can't explain. Saying because of my own experience, not saying that all the time will be a walk of roses but you will have a something where to lean on and even when you have like a tornadoes in your head the relise it's real, really real. @@gumtree23 You are right! But thankfully it's not too much of a problem as it's the colours in toothpaste that are not UV stable, and so they can discolour if they're exposed to UV, but the active ingredients like aluminium hydroxide and calcium hydrogen phosphate are UV stable, as they're ceramic mineral ions that are good at withstanding UV. :) I attended my first conference presenting results about some experiments we had done in a brightly lit lab, and we had concerns about UV stability also, so I'm really excited when I see this pop up from time to time as it seems toothpaste in a dispenser is a big trend now, and UV stability of toothpaste is one of the few and very specific things I have researched into 😂

Every time I watch you, I learn something new. I'd never read or heard of restrictions on hot water, but you're absolutely right! My mother wouldn't allow me to put tissues in the commode; she thought it was different in texture and might clog up the plumbing. Using a box cutter or razor to cut regular toilet paper will work. Except for explaining to guests why there's a stack of tp beside the sink. I love your videos and wish I could be as organized as your are. Shabbat Shalom!

What a beautiful way to prepare for Shabbat. I too start on Thursday so there is not so much to do on Fridays. I don't have the shabbat appliances as you do, would make things so much easier. I'm Messianic, so I believe in Yeshua and YHVH, the Torah and the Gospels'. We have Shabbat and the feast days. I always am learning more everyday as I was not born into this. With Yom Kippur and Sukkot coming us in the next 2 weeks, it's a very busy time. I am looking forward to learning more from you and your lovely family.
