🟢材料:
排骨 400 克
苦瓜 1 條
豆豉 1 湯匙
蒜頭、薑 適量
糖 1 茶匙
鹽、熱水 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將豆豉洗淨,略為剁碎。苦瓜洗淨去瓜瓤,切成粗塊。
2️⃣ 排骨洗淨抹乾水,煎至兩面金黃,再加入薑片、蒜頭和豆豉爆香。
3️⃣ 加入苦瓜,倒入適量熱水,加入適量鹽和 1 茶匙糖調味,扣上蓋子,中小火炆 10 分鐘。汁收上碟即可享用。
🟢Ingredients:
Pork Ribs - 400g
Bitter Gourd - 1 piece
Fermented Black Beans - 1 tbsp
Garlic, Ginger - as needed
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt, Hot Water - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the fermented black beans and chop them slightly. Wash the bitter gourd, remove the seeds, and cut into thick pieces.
2️⃣ Wash the pork ribs and pat dry. Pan-fry until both sides turn golden brown. Add ginger slices, garlic, and fermented black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add the bitter gourd, pour in hot water as needed, and season with salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Cover with a lid and simmer over low-medium heat for 10 minutes. Thicken the sauce and serve.
