烤箱60℃加热融化搅匀
等巧克力酱稍微干一点
再撒可可粉

慢速 3档3分钟成团
快速 5档6分钟面团揉好

17g fine sugar

Kneading butter 12g
water 65g
Milk 60g
6g fresh yeast
(or 2g dry yeast)
Crispy butter flakes 120g
alkaline water
1080g warm water at 40℃
Baking soda 38g
Salt 34g
Baking temperature
Kobic T60s wind stove oven 160℃ 11 minutes
Haishi i7 open-hearth oven is heated to 210°C
Lower the heat to 150℃ for 18 minutes
Pure cocoa butter black chocolate 60g + coconut oil 9g
Heat the oven at 60°C to melt and mix well
Wait until the chocolate sauce dries a little
Sprinkle more cocoa powder
