I have begun to suspect that I was swapped with a British child at birth, because it's the only way I can explain my very American self having sooooo many of these traits and mannerisms! I still don't know what a "proper" cup of tea is other than one that you enjoy, and the idea of beans over toast turns my stomach, so I supposed I'm disqualified for my Honorary British Citizenship, then...

I can agree. Random voice cracks are extremely embarrassing. I am answered the register once and my voice had the worst crack ever. My best friend would not stop teasing me.
