It pains me to watch such system. Hydraulic press movement is too high and it can be improved by adding 1 level sensor to lower the movement (upper section of the press). By doing this, the travel time is shortened (means higher productivity) and saves power (shorter movement means lower power requirement to move the press).

You sure it isn't a type of press with a crankshaft on top providing the power? The travel distance is what it is on these, can't change it like that.

Such a waste of material over 50% is waste on hecarry strip, a Eylet maching could produce that way much cheaper and faster production speeds. Truly
