今天我會設計幾個動作去幫失眠的朋友可以入睡得快點. 最近我在網上搜尋失眠這個句子, 原來我找到一點資料就是香港人經常性失眠, 十人裡佔了四個人有失眠現像出現. 怎麼去斷定失眠呢? 就是說如果大家晚上好難入睡或是成日都睡不著或是睡到半夜時候醒了或是好難醒後再入睡, 維持一個長時間都是這樣就為之失眠....
Today, I will design a few exercises to help people with insomnia fall asleep faster. Recently, I searched online for the phrase "insomnia". It shows Hong Kong people frequently experience insomnia. Four out of ten people experience insomnia. So how do we determine if someone has insomnia. If you find it difficult to fall asleep at night or have trouble staying asleep throughout the night or wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to fall back asleep these are the signs of insomnia.....
