Well that's for the Boxer Rebellion. It has plenty of versions each one for a participant of the allies. So yeah, Russia, Italy, the US, the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Austria and Japan participated to beat the boxers.

I’m pretty sure it’s originally from the movie 55 days at Peking, which means the English version is the original
