Absorbing Emerald energy makes you green huh? Makes sense considering Sonic got green eyes when the Adventure series began. Prolonged use of the emeralds made Sonic's eyes go from black to green.

21kHzBANK21kHZ In the comics Knuckles used a huge amount of Chaos Energy (basically the same type as from the emeralds) over its course and had a green hue for a while. This version is known as Chaos Knuckles.

So the Saturn version of this game exists because Sonic X-treme was close to being cancelled and SEGA USA wanted a Sonic game on the Saturn to compete with Mario 64 & Crash 1 that xmas so they had SEGA USA re-work the mega-drive game for the Saturn. Sonic Team also was involved with the Saturn version because they designed the special stages as Yuji Naka apparently hated the ones in the mega drive version

Spring Stadium is so colorful, it deserves to be a skittles commercial.

I like to think of Scourge the evil hedgehog as the basis of all Sonic recolors... then again, I can't really remember when he actually turned green or when people started making their own recolors.

man, out of all the sonic games, I think that the IOS Sonic CD Game, is one of the best. and I own a Sega CD with Sonic CD.

Knuckles has NEVER gone Super since Sonic & Knuckles, but Sonic has gone Super so much it was old, and then they let us go Super Sonic in normal stages, and even that's starting to get a little old.

And that's the end of Vomit Stadium... I've seen fashion disasters look less hideous than this.

Here is an easy (yet dangerous) way to cheese the Spring Stadium boss. When Robotnik increases his altitude, get on top of the raised platforms where the spike traps are. Keep jumping to avoid the spikes, and when Eggman/Robuttnik gets close to the edge of the platforms, bop him! Then, chase him when he starts pounding the ground, and when u see an opening, bop him again, effectively cutting the time of this boss fight by half

No! No they don't! If I got sick from the first zone, just imagine me playing this zone.

A clown ate a bag of Skittles, then the clown was eaten by a rainbow, which was then eaten by the concept of color itself, and the concept of color vomited up the rainbow onto the screen, which vomited up the clown onto another part of the screen, who vomited up the Skittles onto the rest of the screen. Then a box of Crayolas attacked the technicolor barf but dissolved into and added to it.

Konga is a rhythm game. Like Guitar hero with Bongos. And Jungle beat is a side scrolling plat-former. Played using Bongos. Both games are actually pretty good if you ask me.

Knuckles can probably still go Super. But to breathe underwater, Sonic needs to go Hyper mode, which he can't do anymore. So Knuckles is still more awesome, cause he can breathe without even needing Chaos Emeralds. Requiring Chaos Emeralds to swim doesn't really make anyone awesome
