My theory About the Final log is the Subject has breaching the whole place room by room and the military guard are trying they're best to make it controllable or make it neutralize but no one of them survived the scientist is locked in his room while he hear those screams of the guards after that the subject (huggy wuggy) has entered his room and got killed brutaly before ending his final Log.

Turned out to be the Hour of joy and all the toys under the Prototype's control turned against the employees and killed everyone
