Oh damn, I never even considered the idea that Ennard might have hesitated and/or had to close their eyes before going through with the SCOOP, I guess I just assumed "desperate bloodthirsty robot" and kinda forgot that there's remnant (combined souls of multiple children) AND Elizabeth Afton in there. Any or all of whom might've had a moral crisis about violently murdering a young man and crawling inside his skin, especially if that person happened to be a close relative...
