I have really found a liking to Iain, strictly from watching him on B&B. Same with James, Ben and Guy. Fouad has introduced a lot of people to some kick ass bodybuilders/people 💪🏻

Imagine weekly check- ins with coach during prep: " We gotta turn things up a little this week, considering we are 2 weeks out the crack hole should be fully open at this point. For just in case if we missing something can you send me close ups with better lighting?" Died on that part and many others. Good laugh.

The best thing about Bodybuilding is that you learn new things each time
The way Ian says "Oatmeal??" and expression made me cry laughing
One of the many things I love about this podcast is the rotation of regular participants, it makes so that if someone really doesn’t want to do podcast that day they don’t have to. In other podcasts you can definitely tell when one of the regular hosts doesn’t want to be there that day but I have never gotten that sense from bbnb

Decline is the one single chest exercise which creates the most chest fibers activation according to Charles Glass. He used to tell me, if you had to pick only one exercise for the most chest development, that should be decline press

oh my gosh, you guys need your own sitcom! Ha This was great for my morning coffee. Ian's looking ready dude. By the way, I recently started incorporating a few more sets every other chest day with declines, and honestly I've never seen results like this. I also do dips, but there is something to be said for the slight decline in how it isolates the lower pecs. The key is to not lock out, which transfers the force to the tris.

fouad, the reason dorian praised so much the decline press is that this is the only chest press that performs the real function of the pecs, that is brings your humerus through and across your body, so the decline press will be the more complete and efective pec exercise of all. love the pdcasts

I think frequency refers to hous often you hit a muscle in the week. Volume refers to the amount of work on a muscle in each session.

Best coach I worked was Nick Tong. Very detailed training program and do voice notes for each check in
The frequency and volume question: I think by high frequency he was talking about the number of sessions and the reduced volume is the sets per session. Either way more sessions is more sets lol but I guess spread out across sessions instead
