I love the That's Sew Nova morning Captains log every morning .
Great show! I have spent the past two days catching up with your recordings since October. I'm hoping illness is behind me now and I will be able to make the live shows a priority going forward. Thank you for being my companion in the sewing room!
My grandniece asked me to sew a bag for her favorite teacher. My niece was thrilled with the bag, and so was her teacher
Wouah ! I am in Chicago overnight and feel like i am watching the show live !!❤
I made my first bed-size quilt for my Nephew. I gave it to him for Christmas.
This was an extra helpful show! I've been wanting to experiment with waxed canvas. This has really lit a fire under my butt to make this happen! My New Year's resolution is to do yoga every day.
The most appreciated gift I gave this year was two nintendo games that I purchased for my hubby. He likes to play video games in the winter. From March to October he is busy in the yard looking after gardens or in his garage building or fixing stuff.
Enjoyed the show and have Now scheduled my google calendar for monthly Sundays
My favourite make in 2023 was the Tudor bag that I made as a diaper bag for my daughter to use with my very first granddaughter.
My favorite 2023 Sew Sweetness make was the Enigma pouch - one for myself & one for my sewing friend 😊
Great info on waxed canvas! Now I have to purchase some!
Sew excited for the new pattern release. Can’t wait for feb 4th. Looks like they will be fast and great gift ideas. My goal is more productive and a better version of myself. Lots of love from Ontario, Canada. ❤❤
My goal for 2024 is to be more organized and mindful in my sewing process so I can spend more time stitching and less time searching for my scissors, wonder clips, phone, etc. 🪡🧵
My new years resolution is to defiantly make lots more bags. Love the new patterns your working on. God bless :) see you next month.:)
Love my packing cubes, use them everytime we go somewhere for overnight stays.
Happy new year! I love waxed canvas and now I’ll be more confident using it. Thanks for the interview! Great to see you!

A Favorite gift for last month was a gift to our son, a trip to Puerto Vallarta for January.
The sewing book you highlighted looks extremely interesting and will be looking it up directly after I finish here.
Thank you! That was a great interview. I'm watching this a couple of weeks after original air date. I see that you carry the Otter Wax! I have a couple of pieces of waxed cotton (Merchant & Mills) and some sourced here in Canada. I love your colours! Can't wait to sew these from my stash and order some of your gorgeous ones. Thanks for your amazing show, as always.
The most joyful item I gifted wasn’t easy to find during winter season, but it was denim shorts my grandchild wanted so badly.
Goal for the year is to enjoy life more. favorite gift was a needle book, that I did slow stitching in, for my Granddaughter and for a friend.
Yup, I do exactly the same thing when I see blue fabric, I think of Bronwyn 🥰
My most made pattern was the Goldenrod book cover. I’ve been personalizing them for each recipient
I'm very excited about the new patterns. They all look so fun. Looking forward to the new makes. Thank you, Sara.
The zipper charms are so cute!!
Thanks for your show love all of them. I gave away smaller zippered bags for Christmas and some quilted items.
I made my granddaughter a reading pillow. It turned out so cute and she loved it.
Really interesting discussion on waxed canvas - I have made several waxed canvas slings and knapsacks, I have also quilted waxed canvas several times and I use headliner foam on the interior

Very interesting topics. Looking forward to the new patterns.
I really hope to participate with the challenge this month!
Thanks for the interview on waxed canvas!
Excited about the new patterns, especially the Allium.
I guess I can say that organizing my sewing room is my resolution. I ordered 200 comic book boards & have already folded 98 pieces of fabric on to the boards. I love now when I open those 2 drawers that I don't have to dig through fabrics to see what I have. All of my 1/2+ cuts are visible & arranged nicely.. I know have 2 more larger drawers & 3 totes to organize (so perhaps 200 more comic book boards are in my future)! It will be so much more fun to create in a lovely sewing room💕
I’m so happy with the Enigma bag and have made 5 as gifts.
Great show! Getting more organized. Hoping to catch-up with all the projects I have cut out so i can get more like the new release.
I have used waxed canvas toiletry bags and love it, I do find it does gum up the feed dogs but the wax does come out you just have to pick it out with a toothpick it the easiest. Love the way waxed canvas looks
I like those snips
I love the look of the waxed canvas. May have to buy some to try.
I gave my daughter a new Juki sewing machine for Christmas.
My resolution: serious declutterring! Not worn or used in over a year: bye bye! Also, more sewing. Maybe a bag or garment every other month between knitting projects. One more: to knit my self a cabled pullover and oversized cardigan. ❤️❤️❤️
Very excited about new patterns Would love to finish my unfinished sewing projects this year
I have also used dry oilskin fabric which comes from Merchant & Mills in the UK (I am in Canada). Dry oilskin combined with waxed canvas is a really nice combination
This was a fabulous show, I learned so much about the waxed canvas!! Thank you Sara, cant wait for the new releases!
I knitted a cowl scarf for my daughter that she absolutely loved
I unfortunately haven’t made anything yet, but my favorites are the Crimson and Clover train case and the Stingray tote. I would be so proud of myself if I made either pattern.
Loved seeing a book review for garment sewing
Great show! Some of my goals for 2024 are to get more organized and to sew more!

Your quilts are amazing! So beautiful.
I’m excited about new patterns, nice to see you in the New York.🥰
My resolution is to get back to sewing. Side-tracked for 2+ years due to health issues and am left with no feeling in my feet and the need to wear braces. So have to adjust how to sew.
The new bag patterns are awesome! Can’t wait!!
Great show! I always wanted to try waxed canvas but don't really want to clean up the mess after lol so an option for fabric that looks like waxed canvas but doesn't leave a waxy residue would be awesome lol This year, I plan to try to do more selfish sews and focus more on my health. I also plan to do more events for my business and just enjoy life more.
Loved the video about waxed canvas. So informative! You new bags look great!
Excellent show.
I do have a few sewing resolutions…….like not to rush on a project…..preparing the project the day before, sleep over and start to sew the next day…..like you Sara…..and i believe that is the one that I like the most…..Thank you for that….❤❤❤
Congratulations to the winners. Nice gifts.
I made two New Year’s resolutions. First … to formally make a budget and stick to it, and second, do at least one 100 envelope savings challenge to the end of socking away three months gross salary in case of an emergency. Hubby does it and it hasn’t killed him yet. Lol.
Love your videos!
Great Interview.
The new bag patterns look great. I look forward to more details next month.
Loved the interview about waxed canvas. I sewed some I bought from you. Such a nice sew.
Happy New Year. Resolution to sew more!
I cannot wait for the new patterns to be released. Thanks!!
