Loving your videos. I have trouble with the sound tho. Don't know if it's just me but I have to turn my speakers full blast to hear you. I think people who think your prices are too high don't realize who expensive fabric is in Australia. They might sound hi for US viewers but not for you. I was just given a ton of upholstery fabric and am going to make a bunch of shopping bags from it. My neighborhood will be having a holiday craft fair this fall and they should go over well. Thanks for the great tips on pricing. Keep them coming

Hi Christine. I love your videos and I have learned so much from you. Thank you. You always ask us what we would like you to make in a video for us. Well, I would really appreciate a video tutorial on making slippers. You know, fuzzy inside with backs on them to hold them on and keep your heels warm? The "sandal" type would be good for summer also. TYIA😀

Christine, I recently found your channel and am impressed with your generosity in sharing your patterns, pricing etc. I love the helping hands for cards. I may just make a set for my rental cabin guests to use. I agree labels really make a product more professional. I have not sold at a market, but in a couple years I will be retiring and there is a wonderful once a week market in the summer where I will be living in retirement. I can see that making items with fabrics that reflect the community, it is a small island, would make them appeal to visitors.

Arrogance….I don’t think that is a correct descriptor for you to use. I LOVE how you place real, tangible value on the items you make. Because they do actually cost that much to make!!! It drives me crazy how friend and relatives under value the skill of sewing and mending, can you fix this , can you mend that, can you take up my pants, etc, etc, etc…well after watching ALL your shows, I put a stop to that…no more freebies. I still make gifts for people, but that’s my choosing, if they seek me out for something they gotta pay. I didn’t study and practice and learn machine maintained for nothing. I love your frankness and ideas and your willingness to share. I have taken your items and have modified them to suit my style and am now going to try my hand at selling the items I make. Thanks so much for your shows, you have a great channel. And can’t wait to come and visit your town for my Nagambie souvenir.

And apron I know will sell good is a black double sided waiters apron. Because my mother was always busy making them all the time. One side had the full width if apron about 6" down from the waist and seemed 2 equal stretches too make 3 pockets in front and back sides then put on the waist tie wrapped back too the front too tie. And hair scrunchys and headband scrunchys sell good too.

The market is glutted here w/people making similar items and for low low prices.
