I don't understand the math in the formula. If you have a base of 6 and 4 folds times two which is 8, how do you get that 6 times 8 equals 42? Then, it states to add an extra fold (and has 6 when her folds are 8). By my math the grand total should be 6 times 8 plus 8 which is 56

Please how much fabric will be enough fr this flounce
