+Mehroz Ahmed it means you're scapula sticks out more than normal. i don't think it's a problem if it's minor.

I'd like to find out where I would go about finding a similarly skilled chiropractor in Australia. I know it's a big ask but I want someone to help my back, shoulders, right leg without making it worse and I'm skeptical of other chiropractors. Possibly some information on good chiropractors in general would also help. Thanks!

If I were in Australia I would go to chiropractic excellence to see Dr. Ian. He has a great youtube channel.

So Dr. J I have another question. I just read an article about Tony Romo's injuries and it stated: "Tony was battling a bad back for most of the previous two years, relying on cortisone shots to keep him stable enough to play each week." Wouldn't you think Tony would be going to a chiropractor (such as yourself since you're in Texas and treat other NFL players) instead of taking those shots each week? Or could they just have been giving him shots to ease the pain just to be able to play each week?

+Tyler Diebel I would think he would, but I really don't know about how he is treating his condition now. Tony Romo is probably doing what the Cowboys training manager tells him to do or the medical staff.

hey doc.. got a question does a X ray tells you if a patient has any disc bulges or herniated disc ..do you adjust the same way you adjust everyone else or do u approach a different way.

X-rays can't find herniated discs amigo Before noticing I had 3 2.5 mm herniated discs I went to a Chiropractor he did X-ray only and lied to me said my spine was just twisted needed adjustments and I would be fine big LIE I went to doctor after he referred me MRI got it done that's where my nightmares started have 3 2.5 mm herniated discs and doctors advice was to quit my warehouse job and get treatments if doesn't work spine surgery is the last option

@@johnnyrodriguez276 well i do have that a herniated 2.5 on my lower back also. But u seem to have 3 so that makes it worst.i have try everything and the reallity is that it wont go away. I mean if u change ur life style and job it will hurt less and it will let u enjoy days but if u continue to do hard labor job where u are squading and lifting heavy things u r not goin to get any better . As far as surgery any doctor will advice u not to get surgery because there r many complications but that will be a patiensts choise. Good luck and i jope u get better . I advice u not to seat for periods of time in hard chairs and no squad because u just makes it work. Chiropractor does reliefs some pain but is not goin to fix those disc

@@SuAmigoElilegal Yes I had to quit my hard labor job I think it's what messed me up and felt way better after that, this chiropractor said my herniation case was minor because they were just 2.5 mm and he would assure me pain free after 24 spinal decompression visits I went 16 times already I don't feel like it's pulling enough so I thought I would give Johnsons spinal manual decompressions a try, it did relieve some pain though well idk it's probably because I left the warehouse job and recovered a little right now it's just my left buttock that feels numb after all that nerve pain after recover but if I start working overtime to get ok paycheck just the walking and patrolling after that my lower back pain starts sending nerve pain shocks down my left thigh after couple steps of walking

+Maybe This Time no the decompression itself isnt painfull, but some patients seem to find it painfull because of the the 2 things(i forget there name) that hold u in place from your hips. I think but no expert here lol
