I’ve had severe back pain before from bulging discs. Prob the worst pain you’ll ever feel in ur life, this was 2 years ago. I’ve been going to my chiropractor for the last 6 weeks as my back didn’t heal properly and was all twisted and crooked. I’m starting to feel like a new man after all the corrections.

Wasn't right until year 2 now I have occasional sciatica once every 3-4 months if I sleep in a weird position. The last year I've been doing yoga and stretching daily. Helps so much. This was more interesting than a lot of these videos as Dr. Johnson spent more time explaining specific things about the patient who was clearly in pain. What would also be interesting is seeing some of the x rays or scans of peoples' spines etc. and have Dr. Johnson explain what we can see. Patient anonymity of course.

I was only 25 at the time. You don't appreciate your health until it's gone. I unfortunately learned that early.
