Seungkwan deserves to have more lines in songs. He has the strongest vocal range in the group. DK is also a great vocalist, but Seungkwan has a better technique. Pls, no hate! I based it on my observations.

​@@agwdskmv01it's also based on my observations! that i feel like DK is a tiny bit better than Seungkwan at stamina since his approach to singing is less throaty than that of Seungkwan, so it only makes sense to give him a bit more lines. They are still both fantastic vocalists tho:)

Like, maybe back then, Seungkwan tended to be given the highest notes in their songs, so Dk gotta cover more other hard lines throughout the song, and sometimes they switched. Nonetheless, they still have their strengths and shine on their own.

Even though The8 has fewer lines, he ALWAYS slays each time.

True I agree with that even I'm new to this fandom i notice it even they have 13 members they can shine in their own lines like for me it was fair distribution having 13 members in just 2-3 minutes long songs is not an easy to distribute their lines though... I'm a multi fan and I can say that even SVT is the group have fair distribution, whatever role you had in the group vocal or being a rapper is all the same all along bcz you are a Singer anyway. That's what I noticed it after being a carat in just 4 months. Kudos to SVT 🩷🩵

And also people forget that The8 wanted to be a dancer more tha everything when he started as trainee, he was recluted 'cuz of his dancing and breakdancing. Like he have a brutal performance and an amazing vocal, idk but he seems happy the way it is

I actually got nervous of hao because DK already reached 2000 but hao is still at 900 but overtime he got more lines so I got relieved... hoepfully tho everyone at the bottom of this line gets more lines in their future songs

I feel like carats telling themselves that Minghao’s parts are always the best ones is a cope at this point. Like yeah, he’s probably gotten used to making sure his 8 seconds in a 4 minute song/mv are memorable. I think at this point SVT themselves even see how this isn’t usually equitable and that’s why the performance team members are the ones that have the most solo projects. And it’s also probably the reason they decided to have unit songs every comeback in the first place. People pointing this out doesn’t necessarily make them haters. It actually makes me respect SVT more that they recognized what would be a future problem and strategized a way to make it more equal for their members.

Once you throw out the non ot13 songs the line distribution becomes a lot more fair, only woozi, dokyeom and seungkwan is obviously ahead of everyone which is understandable. People also need to consider adlibs since those are mostly done by the main vocalists.

SEVENTEEN does have fair line distributions. A group with 13 members like them should be balanced or even when it comes to distributing lines on their songs. Well, sometimes K-POP groups can have songs with fair or worst line distributions. In my opinion, SVT has a better line distribution unlike BTS. Tbh, their line distribution is quite unfair for me, compared to them. I'm not hating BTS. I both stan SVT and BTS.

BTS line distributions are somewhat unfair because in multiple tracks, Jungkook had the largest amount of lines because he's the main vocalist. Jimin gets a lot of lines too, while Jin, SUGA, and j-hope had only few seconds very often (especially Jin). Although not all BTS songs have bad line distributions. They have fair ones like MIC Drop.

not my biased opinion DK indeed deserved this position so much DK obviously getting better and better than his past self,the way he can hit those notes without any struggles and he can change his tone according to the song genre.No need to mention about his vocal range just watch his concert fancams or lives!He also does have plenty of stamina to the point that his vocals are always stable and no matter how hard the choreo is,no matter what he does lying down, jumping,somersaulting,flying.He can always deliver his part beautifully when singing live. You can feel some kind of emotion in his voice.And he's always trying to improve himself even though he already has that perfect techniques as time goes by.I'm always in awe everytime he sings so he'll always be my no.1 fav vocalist in my opinion.

Happy to see Hoshi this high, he came a long way and is like a lead vocal now in the group 😁

Out of the boy groups that I stanned, SEVENTEEN is the best when it comes to line distributions. A group of 13 members should be fair when distributing parts in every song. No hate to BTS. Their songs are great, but some have have terribly worst line distributions (e.g: Dynamite, Not Today, Butterfly Prologue Mix).

Those in the top 5 need to be in the top 5 cuz the group must establish its vocal pride to survive in the cutthroat competition of idol groups and with mushrooming new groups. I'm really glad that Vernon is in the top 5. After listening to his solo song Black Eye, I was stunned. The guy has vocal prowess and his genre could be emo and pop rock. Vocalists of this genre are really stable and powerful.

Jun getting the shortest stick in the end sucks. The8 may have fewer lines as well but his lines were iconic and memorable just like in their recent "Maestro" single. Jun on the other hand got nothing but leftovers. It sucks when he only had one line in Pretty U, technically one line in Boom Boom (his supposed line in the end is Seungkwan's voice, for god's sake), his line in Left and Right is just "Left and Right" twice. He is equally good in vocals and looks to Jeonghan (actually more good looking to Jeonghan) but Jeonghan is always the favored one. Especially in Home Run where he got most lines and visuals. Jun can do that too, you know? No hate to Jeonghan, though.

you didn't have to bring Jeonghan down to bring Junhui up. The "no hate to Jeonghan" does not justify your whole spiel. Yes, Junhui deserves more, but the way you worded this (e.g. Jun looks better than Jeonghan) just sounds like an attack to Jeonghan. You can say you prefer Jun's looks. That's fine. But to say he's better as if it's a fact? Jeonghan doesn't look better than Jun either because visuals are really really subjective. Jeonghan is NOT favoured, not when it comes to vocals, especially considering he's in the VOCAL unit. Jeonghan's in the vocal unit and yet he's what- 9th overall? 6th overall in OT13 tracks but most times either last or second last (with a big gap) for Vocal Unit tracks because the main vocalists are there. I agree that the least Pledis can do is give the dancers centre time in choreo because that's what they're supposed to do.

@@TeamDokyeom 出道前期他的嗓子狀態還很好，所以可以完全發揮他的技巧，但以近一兩年的狀態來說，他需要去找老師調整一下他的唱歌方式並修復一下他的嗓子，才有辦法穩定發揮，如果加上現場感受的話，目前dk比他好，演唱會的開麥他的音準有一點問題之外，還有破音的狀況，我認為他的技巧還在，是硬體的問題，如果想要長期唱歌，他必須做調整

他們兩個都非常優秀，SEVENTEEN本來就是雙主唱+一個領唱的組合，所以DK、勝寛和Woozi在前三名是無庸置疑的。至於誰比較優秀，這個就是個人觀點，我認為他們厲害的方式不一樣，沒有誰比較強。

Firstly there is a misconception about the fact that woozi distributes the lines.. in some cases he *might*but most of the time it is all 13 of them doing it themselves. It sometimes is also the other producer participating in the song who distributes the lines. When somebody writes lyrics, they do NOT distributes the lines. It's only the producers but in svt case it's mostly all 13 of them
