If you don't understand this comment, it is a reference to the music video where she seemed human but revealed herself to be half human and half horse, as she danced for wealthy onlookers. May have been a deep metaphor for the casual voyeurism of our over connected digital age and how we rob each other of humanity by being inhumane to those that we watch and consume.
