i live with chronic pain and one night i had an awful flare up, couldn’t move and fell asleep listening to this. i could swear that i woke up feeling peaceful. as if a storm had passed. Sevdaliza also suffers with fibromyalgia, and i genuinely believe there is healing in her music.

Yugo yea but it just this gets overlooked by the masses. Why? Because it’s not something that is commercially exploitable and it takes you places in your head where it can get dark. I respect the craft of music making, but they can’t compete with each other, nor should they. They’re just not in the same league. I’m sure ‘wap’ is a mood, just like you can want some bubblegum and then you spit it out after it’s over.
