Thanks for the many ideas. Every craft show is different, so you need to be flexible and inventive with what you have.

Thanks for sharing my display, I actually use metal racks to raise the display and it also gives me the adjustable shelf that the pendants are displayed on. I attached battery operated light bars inside the 'shelf' to add more sparkle. Because I use soft shammies to cover the raised shelf it also gives me a little 'office' area behind and under the shelf for my calculator, square reader, pens, paper, water bottle and the different size velvet bags that come with each piece. I also bring jump rings, chain and different clasps and ear hooks so that I can customize on the spot.

Thanks for sharing my picture of my display table. I have used Square since my first craft fair because of a video I watched about setting up a booth for craft fair. I have since upgraded to using the Square chip reader app also. I have made more credit card transactions than cash. Thanks again for sharing all this information. I will be making new displays for earrings from this video. Mary Daley

This was very helpful, I love how many different setup ideas you shared. I see very little online about how to setup for selling rings... any suggestions on a booth setup if you are selling silver rings? Thanks again.

How would you show that you carry vegan items - no beeswax, silk, leather, bone, shell, antler?

I don’t know, some people have more things on the tables than they have items that the sell. Those tables are tiny! I usually get 6-9 square meters. Do they actually make money with those tiny tables?

Hello there! There are different factors involved when it comes to selling at craft shows. Presentation is very important but also the person behind the jewelry matters too! Is that person fun and lively and chatty? A fun and friendly demeanor is also helpful. Knowing a lot about your pieces is also important in case prospective buyers have questions about the beads/materials used in the projects. A great way to advertise your jewelry is to wear it! People love seeing how pieces will look when wearing them! Even if you don't have the biggest tables, use what you have and have a fun and friendly attitude!
