Rick definitely modest but ion know if that make it a yacht 😁😁. Think they call it a cabin cruiser when it's not quite yacht size. Whatever it is it's nice as a mf. House on the water wit the boat parked....sheesh

@@blkheromusic You're definitely right....they definitely call them cabin cruisers......but this is definitely considered a yacht. Lol. Looks like 50 to 54 feet....2 or 3 staterooms....2 heads with one connected to a master bedroom...(on suite)....probably a 2012 or 13....I know a little about Sea Ray Sundancers....he's Ballin. LOL. You need a good payin job to put fuel in that mug. Lol

I have always been on the water, and I was really shocked when I saw a brother on a wetbike, pulling up to the boat, and not being involved with Ricky! I was like "where he hell is this heaven!?" I hate the streotype of brothers and sisters can't swim, but boating is an extreme rarity. Because I'm always the anomaly on the boat or jet skiing, in New York. Moved to MD, 162 miles inland..... I feel dry as a bone, the Chesapeake bay is 20miles away....but I refuse to deal with all the Brain eating bacteria, and super pollution. Ive been in some dirty bays in NY. But not like the Chesapeake! This warmed my heart...brothers boating!!

Another Fantastic video *Take note Mr. Smileys blowers were on Before he starts the Engines! well done! And he is aware of the draft of his vessel! Very informative video. lots of great examples !

I was in the Coast Guard and I usually try to discourage people from buying boats like yours because they don’t take time to learn how to navigate them and we end up saving them or recovering their bodies. You seem like the kind of captain that understands how serious boating safety is.

@@Grownwisdom717, it's not the boat...this boat is a excellent sea going boat, it's just most people don't know how to navigate it and deal with the weather which is a huge factor when out on the water. Being in the Coast Guard I saw dozens of people lose their life and didn't have to with more knowledge about boating safety.

Coast guard, boater safety course. Worth taking this course, teaches you a lot of safety tips and teaches one a hell of a lot about boating skills. 90% of boaters will be less knowledgeable than you after taking this course. So glad I took course, use that experience gained from it, to stay safe while boating. Excellent safety course for boaters. Should be mandatory for all boaters.

Hell yea .. wish more of us had the opportunity and interest in things like this. I’m 42 and now getting into boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and jet skis. No hate, you’ll see white kids 6, 7, 8. etc out on the water and they are like pros because, I’m assuming they have been going out for years with their parents so it’s second nature to them. It’s just awesome they get to experience these things at such a young age. Really wish more of our kids had the same opportunities.

As a 52 year old black man that's been interested boating my whole life, I thank you for this video👍🏾 Maybe one day our folks will stop thinking that certain activities are only for people that don't look like us!

Depending on the state you live in and your age, a license may not be required to drive a boat.

Hey Rickey, just a few nautical terms while you’re doing your thing. Starboard one word, not star board, the light water is call shoal water, you are correct stay away in your boat because of the draft meaning from the water line down how deep is your boat below the water line. Take weight of your cargo into account as well, and jet skies can zoom across shoal or shallow water because their flat bottom and boats like yours isn’t. Sail on brother, looking good.
