Magnus, it is an awesome gym. Visited this Saturday with my 5-year-old daughter. She got totally hooked. Had to come back on Sunday and get a yearly pass...thanks for bringing this to Kristiansand

Magnus's passion for climbing is so motivating/infectous. Wish I could go climbing right now, but my tricep has been in pain might have a inflamed nerve??? I'm going to wait for another week. It's tearing me up not to go climbing right now.

@@kamron_thurmond If you dont do it already do a good warm up and start with easy routes. Dont start with to much overhang. But if that doesnt help and you feel pain you really should visit a doctor. I cant climb for 7+ month and believe me you dont want this. If you have a problem with your body fix it before it gets to late. Later it gets more expencive and you wont be the same anymore even after recovery.

You really are inspirational in getting people outside because now I watch this channel I want to go and strength train to be able to climb. So good on you buddy!
