Yea if the guy was selling it I would of had a suggestion of not to do that. Perspective buyers would have the loved the freshly made dog smell. The dogs drinking it would have been bad for the dogs because I am sure he over chlorinated it so he didn't have to service it every other day.

That installation was a cool project. How many big rocks have you got like that at the Castle? Shame someone doesn't want to live there & is flippin it. Wood fired hot tub at the mountain property overlook might be cool. Soaking, relaxing & checking out the view could be fun.
Great video Andrew. That 1 year later showcase is really what separates you from the rest. I honestly think your production value is better than whatever is on TV.

This was a brilliant episode. In conjunction with earlier episodes on this property, this really shows Andrew’s business is not just property maintenance, but also property development. The 1 year transition was a well calculated wait and reminds me of Andrew’s earlier work. It comes together to be a real value ad for the property owner, as the new buyer will see how the property was constructed. That Lab inspection will be memorable too. Cody completing a full test inspection was brilliant.

I think Andrew very, very little actual work now, and lives off youtube stardom. This was just a one-off for a friend or something.
I am sure it doesn't make sense, but you have no idea how much your videos have been helping me Andrew. I am around your age and also very much into the same stuff as you. But following a breakup I had last year, I have been having a really hard time moving forward in life. It doesn't make a lot of sense, but watching you work is the one consistent and happy thing I have to look forward to. Keep it up man.
Andrew is once again showing his mastery and ORGANIZATION for his videos to long term followups. Some of the best content here on YT.

That's exactly what I was thinking. It's one thing making a video but editing a video together from clips from months/years ago is very impressive. It'd be as interesting to see his video making process sometime as it is seeing his construction process.

Tremendous effort making that foundation absolutely flat & level & now we can see why the client was sooo 'picky'/demanding..for his Disappearing Edge pool..& h I s design/vision to work perfectly. Client chose the right man, AC & his equipment. Another excellent video Andrew. Wow, you have some super tools!..& little doggies too!🐕🐶👍🤗
You can really tell how much Andrew loves his dogs. Thanks man for all the great videos.
Thank you so much for the underwater Codie swimming footage, awesome. And I must say, your dogs are the pinnacle of health.
Deff part of the fun of these property maintenance videos is just seeing what other people are upto. Appreciate you waiting or going back and giving us a glimpse of the fully completed projects 👍
Hey Andrew, your client was pretty cool and easy going with the rock placement. I would have had the one client go I needed to be turned by 3 degrees to the left, flipped over and asked if I could make look more fluid in the rock formation. Great video, love that you're going back to your work clips!

Great Job Andrew on setting the Rock's where the owner wanted them to be. also showing-us how the Cool Pool set-up was built. Cody had some fun getting the red ball in the pool. Blue had fun too..
We've been waiting to see the finish on this pool build! Beautiful results Andrew. Thanks for your programming!👍💯

Very nice indeed. Seeing the work the landscapers did makes it all come together nicely. All that work you did making that spool site level really paid off.

Coady doing lengths of the pool had me 🤣🤣🤣 , another great video as always. 👍🏻
What a cool project. The leveling for the infinity glass was impressive, I've seen infinity pools with a roll off, but never over glass, this a really cool take on it.
The dogs look thrilled to have their own infinity pool. That step at the end makes a lot of sense. I haven't seen that before.
cody's having the time of his life in that pool bless him
Nice, Yoda likes watching Cody and Blu play with the squeaky ball and go swimming. Thanks for sharing!!!
love the rocks finishing out the sloping corner. Nice job!
Great rock placement. The finished landscape looks beautiful. The dogs had so much fun I think Andrew needs to put in a pool for them
Great project, nice to see it after it's finished. Cool to see Cody swimming with the underwater side view!
Great job! and glad to see the before and after. very satisfying to see the final results. I'm glad Cody was able to test out the beautiful pool. look forward to more on this and all your projects.

At first, I didn't really care for that whole setup but the more I see it, the more I like it. The waterfall/infinity pool is really cool. (No Pun) And it really is all an adult needs. I'm 60, so I don't really need a big pool to play marco/polo in. If laps are your thing, it is plenty long enough. The woodsy setting with see through safety walls an absolute must. I Love it!

Very cool to see it finished, thanks Andrew. I can imagine just being there, few friends good music good drinks and just hanging out. I really like how it turned out.
andrew if you turn machines off and ignition on(ignition on for attachments)(not start) and move the levers back and forth it will and should bleed off hydraulic pressure and you should be able to push the lines on with your hands really easy without any problems
@JohnSmith-tv5ep
10 ай бұрын
Pressure in the attachment builds up or expands due to the heat from the sun (temperature) that causes the couplers to sometimes not release making it difficult to connect the implement.
@jeffchimileski6283

Perhaps pressure might be trapped inside the attachment itself. Need to balance the pressure before removing attachment for storage.

@@JohnSmith-tv5ep that pressure isn’t due to the sun. It’s 300 bar from the pump running. As the guy said, turn the machine off.

Love that old Ford dump truck. Simple and always ready for work.
It’s hard to believe that is a shipping container is made into a swimming pool nice 👍. I remember when Andrew first started this job.
Maybe the 12 would have been a better choice for machines on this job. Some of those rocks were all the 10 could handle. But, the larger machine may have not fit into some of those tight spots, so it's a wash. My local rental shop carries the Takeuchi brand machines and we usually rent a Bobcat or Case when we need a skidsteer, but this time we chose the Takeuchi. I really like those machines. We clear some undeveloped property once a year to keep it looking nice and those drum mulchers need some serious GPM to keep them at speed. That Takeuchi really did it nice. It doesn't have all the electronic bells & whistles the Bobcat has, but it is a much stronger kit. Well built too. I can see why you seem to use the Takeuchi more than your Bobcat
@TheOtherBill

After watching all the repairs on, and complaints about, the Bobcats I am pretty sure I know why he uses the Takeuchis the most.
