it’s wild because everything Seth mentioned re: marijuana was so positive (literally directly saying that it has no cost only gains to his life!). The continued censoring is only gonna further perpetuate criminalisation for something that can be beneficial to so many people lives. Would you upload that clip separately?

Great interview!! Seth knows who he is, what matters in the world and is genuine and authentic. Many of us get lost in chaos and he laid it out very simply. Follow your natural inclinations & what you love, work hard for what you want, be a good person, surround yourself with friend and family and love is the most important thing in life. He’s happy and satisfied with his achievements and gives back through charity work. Alzheimer’s affects most of us and I appreciated him sharing that. I got so much out of this interview. Seth, if you by chance read this, thank you! I loved the interview and don’t ever change. Despite your success, you never changed and never got stuck in the weeds. You understood early on that love amongst family and friends is what makes life beautiful. I never watched an interview before but I will definitely make an effort to watch moving forward.

As someone who has watched the vast majority of Seth Rogen appearances on podcasts and long form interviews this one really gives some real insight on his mindset & point of view which is really refreshing to hear because most people ask the same questions resulting in common answers that I've heard countless times. Always respected how Seth went from a kid from Canada to being casted in Freaks and Geeks then achieving success and stardom in movies that many overlook the process and journey it took to be as accomplished as he is today. I'm only 11 mins into this and I'm already enjoying and appreciate the direction of this conversation & will listen to the end like I always do

As a child free woman (by choice) its really refreshing and nice to hear someone speak about being child free from this point of view. It's nice hearing that someone else made that choice and is happy, rather than the usual viewpoint usually shared that its a regret and that somehow your life is worth less and unfulfilled. Thanks Seth 😊

I imagine he comes across as informal and fun because his frequent laughter keeps things from feeling too heavy, which is likely Seth's goal. Idk if it's a Canadian thing or me projecting because I find I do the same when I'm with others; say something serious then start laughing or crack a joke to break any tension or whatever. But I'm also Canadian and find a lot of us do the same.

Every time any one interviews on a big show, I think there's a possibility they really are that amazing a person but also there's a possibility they have an amazing manager or PR consultant. But as of today, Seth Rogan is one of the first people I think I actually believe is really who his public persona suggests him to be.😳

Seth Rogen... his work, life, and his attitude towards life overall, this guy is big!. And congrats to Steven and the team for having a man like this on the podcast

Loved this interview❤ Always greatly appreciated Rogen as a comedian, writer, actor, and actor, even though most of the content are not what I'm inclined towards, this guy has incredible worth ethic. Just so happy successful people like Seth Rogen still find time to cultivate and find so much joy in their hobbies (not just mindlessly splurging, which some do and there's nothing wrong with that) whether it's ceramics or weed. Personally not into weed at all, but am into arts and ceramics, so I love that he integrated his love for weed and ceramics into such a wonderful creative collection that can be displayed aesthetically in daily life. In another interview he said he was curious enough to take a course into ceramic glazes to make and create his own unique gloopy glaze, I totally understand the limits of glazes offered out there that's available, so that's cool he actually delved into it. Brilliant creator on so many levels. Hope to see more of him everywhere😃

Quite an interesting watch, even though I’m not super familiar with his work, but obviously his name is very famous. I can always be glad to see someone from Canada be successful. Most of all, it was nice to hear the love he had for his wife, and friends, nice whenever we can see someone who is happy with what, and who, they have in front of them, in a world where lots of people can’t sustain long term relationships or friendships

From his movies to his book, Seth Rogen continues to prove why he is such an awesome human. Nothing crazy or sensational, just a cool guy with a dream that he followed and he is so honest about it all. Just loved his honesty and realness, it was refreshing that it doesn’t have to be that deep.

Thank you for talking about life and your career without having kids. I wish there were more people in their 40s and older that would publicly talk about how it has been not having kids and the benefits they have experienced without regrets. I do not know anyone over the age of 40 that chose to not have kids and I wish I had more guidance and mentors that chose this path to speak with.

I think also the fact that they went through such a long and slow death with his wife’s mother, they really made the best decisions for themselves given the situations they were dealt. I can’t imagine how difficult it would’ve been to raise a family while caring for a sick family member.

Having kids is a choice not a requirement. People that say “it’s not for me” and stick with that decision despite the social pressure and pressure from family especially if you have a Jewish family with the guilt tripping. People that decide early on that it is for then and they make great parents good for them as well. It is a choice damnit.
