Oliver did have one of THE best Hot Ones interviews. I love when he said he's expecting to wake up in a hospital room with them saying he passed out at Queso Sin Queso and the rest of the interview was a coma dream.

Watched a podcast he did a while back with Bert Kreischer, and it sounds like he considers himself mostly retired and doesn't intend to do stand up or late night hosting anymore. It's a super interesting watch, though. His anecdotes about the late night show were friggin hilarious.

Fun Fact: John might win an Emmy for this appearance.

It’s a different type of interview than any other guest. Them praising Sean at hot ones, and the show format is well deserved.

I am so happy whenever John Oliver is a guest.

In John Oliver's half of that man-hug, his body language was screaming "Please don't hug me - I'm English!"

I love how Seth basically only is paying real attention to John when he's on stage- no real need or feeling like he has to keep the audience engaged, we're basically just getting a side profile for seven minutes straight

His impression of his hairs being angry was adorable.

You know what eould be hilarious, Seth having Sean Evans on and do 'Mild Ones' where Sean gets interviewed while eating Cream of Wheat, vanilla ice cream, plain yogurt and mashed potatoes.

John Oliver is my favorite late night talk show host ever. There's not even a close second. I couldn't even pick one if I had to. I literally can't think of a single person who comes close.

This is so exciting--a confluence of three things I love; John Oliver, Hot Ones, and correcting grammar. It's not "party animals like you and I," it's "you and me." If you take out the "you and" it would end up "party animal like I," which all grammar jackals know is incorrect.

I had three tablespoons of insanely hot sauce the other day. When I slept I had the most vivid dream of being chased by wolves. Woke up to my heart popping out of my chest, like a cartoon character in love. When Seth says he's going to go through a strange 24 hours, hot sauce is no joke.

You can tell these two are genuine friends as their interviews are often the best.
