Joe and Bob are the backbone of the Avetts. Scott and Seth are beyond amazing. But what makes them what they are are those 2.

I have drifted into a rabbit hole of Seth Avett covers. I never though I'd be singing a Beyonce song for days. Love this one. I'd love to see an album someday.

Everything that comes out of this man's mouth is magic.

Jriss, I love this version, but if you're trying to say Beyonce's version didn't have any passion, talent or sincerity I don't think you've actually listened to it objectively.

Jake Tomberlin mine too I’ve seen Seth do some amazing covers but that “hit me like a ray of sun” is something yer born w/. Idk I could hit that before my vocal chord got nicked- TABs are special been following em since ‘02-3 I miss the screams but damn they’re good

Wow, as a fan of both the Avett Bros. And Beyoncé, it’s kind of astounding that the Avett Bros fans are so rude.
