Even though Julia was not very drunk it still worked because she is just hilarious in almost any situation and Seth was drunk enough for the two of them! lol But to prevent this in the future they should use breathalyzers to show that they aren't acting or embellishing, I think that authenticity would make these segments just that much more funny!

I hate that you're so right. It could even be a segment John and Seth go to AA Instead of anonymous it's just a lot of sober celebrities shaming him comedically but rightfully so because there's only so much worshiping of drinking he can do when he's surrounded by sobering friends. I think it would be a nice for dedicated sober fans who are on the fence about this whole thing. I love it tho.

Same happened when Tina Fey was a guest on his Late Night show a few days after one of these day drinking episodes. Tina was truly concerned for him (if I recall correctly, it was after the Lizzo episode. Even I worried about him after that one. They imbibed copious amounts of alcohol in one afternoon. Epic!)

I like how seth knew she didn’t really want to drink that much and respected that. Would have been fun though but i like how she respected her boundaries. She’s gorgeous and energetic but not to make it an age thing, but at 63 yrs old, and not wanting to randomly get tipsy on a random Tuesday compared to younger guests he’s done this with before lol. We do all know that the lot of those peeps who we enjoy watching on these shows are truly rich rich rich? Don't we? Don't we all know this? See also our dear pal Jon Stewart in his latest (very funny) set poking fun at corporations making hay about inclusiveness, equal rights, global pay parity and so forth...all the while being broadcast from ....(is it?) HBO ... We all know that seth, jimmi, Jimmy, Steve, Jon, conan and all of the rest...are millions in the pocket as a result of reinforcing our beliefs. That isn't to draw them into a shaming fest.... There just always is this disparity between messages being broadcast via network television, podcasts, newspapers, handbills and so forth all the way down to scrawls on the walls. We just get broader access to network TV than we do to irate graffiti above interstate freeways. Irs better than nuffin

My old neighbor went to Mardi Gras with a group of friends, including two or three nurses. The nurses brought IVs and administered them to everyone after partying. Apparently, it saves the day every single time. I hope like hell Seth has a medical team ready to do the same for him.
