@@amyodell7157 I should check ThriftBooks again! I am a little picky on my editions. I think that’s why I’m having a hard time finding the ones I want. And yes, that is the one thing I am not looking forward to when we moved back to the south is all of the hurricanes and the tornado seasons.😆 we barely get thunderstorms here in Colorado so it’s some thing I’m gonna have to get used to again😅

@@carmenjanae well I guess I need to read some more Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and get some pointers on judging bookmark location;). That brings a question to mind. Do you think the Author was actually very intelligent and observant or did he just come up with his own logic for how to “deduce” things from specific observations?

I’ve thought about it, but at the same time I’m not pressuring myself. I do this simply because I love the creative outlet of making and editing videos, and I love talking about books, and the community we have here. If it happens, it happens but at the moment I don’t really have the bandwidth to really pursue that right now. ☺️

Did I see a Liz Curtis Higgs on your TBR cart? Mine is the Night? You need to read that pronto! It’s really good! By the by, I picked up The Hawk and the Jewel by Lori Wick again and now I’m totally into it. I can’t get over the age difference. I wonder why she didn’t make her a little older for him. 🤔It’s uncomfortable. But hey, I’m here for it. Maybe she’ll age quickly before anything (ahem) happens. 🫢🫣

Yes, you did see Mine Is the Night! I had tried a Liz Curtis Higgs one time before and didn’t really care for it but this one looked really interesting so I picked it up and decided to give her another chance. It’s good to know are you recommend it! Yay! I’m glad you’re enjoying it this time. But yes, the age gap is a little big. 😆 but she’s definitely older before anything really happens thankfully.🤣
