It's so supernatural how Cody can sound so angry but in such a soft tone, it really gave me the chills. This song is so angry and defines so much rage but he turned it into something softer and smoother. Keep up the good work!

"... And start all over, start all... Oh my God.." Holy shit, that speaking part. I wasn't sure how he'd handle the slower speed there, but damn, this is flawless. Well done! Is it just me or did his voice improve A LOT since the original version came out? I feel like there's more depth, he has become even better at putting in the right amount of emotions at the right time. The sound is so soft and it's much slower than the old version, it's hard to bring the angry lyrics into that (or the cynical touch), but somehow it's perfect. He seems to have much more control over his voice🎉👌

The song was made years ago, so of course he’s improved since then. Cody’s vocals were a lot less raspy as well. The man’s found his style.

To me, this sounds like someone who's angry, sad and feels broken but tries to hide it behind monotone anger. However, sometimes the sadness slips out and sometimes his voice almost breaks. Like, every time he realises that he's showing his real emotions, he quickly transitions to the angry monotone because he doesn't want people to know how betrayed, heart broken he feels. It's easier to just pretend to be angry. It's... It's amazing.

I already loved this song. The acoustic version really touches me! I absolutely love this. Wish I could see this live! The whole album is just absolutely amazing.

This version is the one that plays after Kaito confesses to being in on Kokichis plan to end the killing game. (As a way of calling out the Mastermind who is still alive and among the final 5)

I love this so much! Everything sounds just... So much more emotional in acoustic versions for some reason to me.

While the burning anger in the original is great in its own right, I _adore_ the sad, almost disappointed rage in this version. It's like the singer is defeated, but still defiant, and it makes the song feel almost _more_ powerful than the original version.

I can't belive this acoustic version doesn't have 5 millions views already
