Dr. Parineeta Goswami (Assistant Professor of Law at Manipal University, Jaipur)
Ma’am is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Manipal University, Jaipur). She started her career as an Assistant Professor of Law at SRM University, Delhi NCR and then moved to Manipal University, Jaipur. Before teaching roles, she worked as a Research Fellow at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, Punjab from August 2018 to October 2021. Her primary areas of interest lie in Banking Laws, Insurance Laws, Arbitration Laws, Corporate Law, Mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, and bankruptcy law, among others.
Her educational journey began with a B.Com. degree from International College for Girls, Jaipur, in 2011. She has completed her bachelor’s in law from the University of Rajasthan in 2014. Later, she pursued LL.M. from Amity University, Noida, specializing in “Corporate Banking and Insurance Law,” where she held the second position and the prestigious Shri Baljit Shastri Award for Best in Human and Traditional Values at Amity University in 2017. In June 2018, she has successfully cleared the U.G.C. Net Examination and obtained both the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship. She has completed her PhD in Law at RGNUL in 2024.
She has 2 books on her name and published numerous papers in reputed Scopus, UGC CARE-listed, and peer-reviewed journals and has also presented papers at different National and international seminars and conferences. She chaired various National Legal events, ADR competitions, Moot Court Competitions, etc.
