Dr. Charu Mathur (Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India)
Ma’am is an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India. With over two decades of rich and diverse experience and expertise, The Chambers of Charu Mathur, is involved in various corporate commercial civil criminal and constitutional matters before the Supreme Court. Dr. Mathur appears before various High Courts across the nation. Before the Hon’ble Supreme Court she has the honour of representing Hon’ble Allahabad High Court as well as Gujarat University, Jodhpur University, NLU Jodhpur, RGNLU Patiala, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, IIT Jodhpur, Maharana Pratap Agricultural University, Private Engineering and Medicine colleges of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Orissa. On the Corporate side she represents energy and transport corporations from State of Rajasthan, Gujarat Industrial Development, Corporation, National Fertilizer Corporation. She also represented groups like Texmaco and top emerging company TongaDive UK.
Ma’am is consultant to ebclearning.com, e-learning division of India’s leading law reports and books publisher-Eastern Book Company and Supreme Court Cases. She also drafts and vets complex commercial agreements. She successfully did JV in education sector. Insolvency laws is another area that keeps her busy both as a practitioner, speaker and academician. She is a vouched expert for drawing structured programs for core paper on legal aspects of the business to management institutions.
