Mamamoo's light sticks are shaped like daikon radishes. In case nobody has told you, moo means radish in Korean and Mamamoo fans are called moomoos. New fans are greeted by saying Welcome to the radish farm! When they're not busy being amazing, serious artists Mamamoo is perhaps the goofiest girl group in kpop and their fans are dorky too. 🤣 You're so right about their naked vulnerability as singers and they've only gotten better since Moosical. Before the Moosical concert they recorded a 15 min studio session with a band that I love because as it goes along you can see and hear them listening & responding to the musicians more and more deeply. The original video from 2016 is obscure and may be gone but fortunately a moomoo called Moone uploaded it last year: kzread.info/dash/bejne/onWct9Ztp8jHfso.html As others have commented, Mamamoo always uses a live band for their concerts (this year's major concerts were over 4 hours long, btw) and sometimes for year-end award show performances, where they'll often rearrange their hit songs in a different genre just to blow moomoo minds one more time. lol. I'll mention two and give you a link to one of them since it's a couple years old and might be a bit hard to find. A few years ago they started a performance with a short pre-recorded dixieland arrangement of their hit You're the Best and followed it up with a rock version of their iconic song Decalcomanie with label mates Onewe as the live band. At their recent performance on the VLive award show they rearranged Destiny for a live string orchestra and took you to church before stripping off their cloaks to rock AC/DC t-shirts for the new album's title track Hip. There really is nobody like MMM! 😂

I actually like the fact that they don’t strain their voices to go higher...

actually this is a medley of amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing performances. Immortal song is a program where singers rearrange famous old song, Mamamoo have been there 13 times (if I don't go wrong) and every single performance is an emotional roller coaster.

Mamamoo concerts always have band, they are really incredible musicians. We love the beautiful combination of talent and talent, together they just blossom!

I would say from the music point of view there may be slight differences, not a lof them. Overall the biggest difference would be the story and concept behind each performer, group etc. :)
