Thanks for the decks!! As you said, the one piece of advice I wish I'd known from the start is SAVE YOUR GOLD. It's nice having variants and stuff, but as soon as you're series 3 complete and you need tokens for new cards, that's when the gold is invaluable.

Yeah. No one should be spending gold on variants or anything cosmetic if they aren’t going to be spending some real money in the game.

Guest had a really great stream yesterday where he talked through the best "upgrade" cost values from cress and built decks around that. Highly recommend!

Brood into Sersi feels insane

For this week I really am excited for the PF variant. I love that deck and that is the only card I don’t have a variant in the deck! If I pull Cersi is a plus lol Also, love the first deck. Mockingbird Sasquatch feels so good to play, love the tempo

My favourite Phoenix Force Deck is one with Living Tribunal (and Iron Man & Onslaught) in it. It's great as an alternative way to win, if you are not getting the PF combo started. And if you revive Human Torch and are getting it big, Living Tribunal on 6 (or 7 than of course Magik is in that deck) is a great (and for many surprising way) to distribute the huge size of your Torch to all locations and to win.

I love Kafka 😅 Metamorphosis was spellbinding to me in High School even though the rest of my class hated it. That informed my love of absurd humor down the road.

Great vid as usual! I firmly believe Thanos could be one of her best homes. Getting rid of some stones in a rewarding manner is huge. I think the added the new text to soulstone to protect thanos from discard randomness from sersi as well. Could be them hinting at sersi finding a place alongsidr thanos?

Does JDMac's phoenix deck still work well? I played it a bit and there were cool combos like playing hulk buster and then moving phoenix multiple man to it and you got the boost for both copies of multiple man this way. With the recent change to move I am afraid we lost some of there interactions but I didn't have time to test it myself... (Also thank you for posting a link to his phoenix guide a while back, it was really cool!)

Knock on wood!! Since I have been back 3 weeks now I've spent one key a piece and I have gotten the new card!!! But I need so many ( hope summers , red guardian, red hulk, white widow, cannonball, pixie !!!) ugh !!!

For what it’s worth, I like discard and I bought miek with 3k tokens burning a hole in my pocket. And I don’t regret it. His ability to move and be a “forgotten power” as he collects a couple more points at the very end of the game. Point is he ain’t worth a key but he is worth having.

I got Thena and Sersi both in one key!

Watch out, Sersi is about to lodge an apple in your back!

Glazer! I think I need your help. I know this is ironic considering you give us dozens of decks each season, but I'm having trouble finding a deck that I find "competitive and fun." I loved the Black Knight deck that Xunzzz used a few seasons back, and loved SlayerBlade until it grew to be everywhere. This season, Im looking for something new. I suck with Loki, but would love to learn that archetype and find myself just running Pheonix Force when I want to sweat and gain rank. Overall, I'm just looking for recommendations on something new and fun!

Learn Loki (actually use Loki on 4 if the opponent will have good stuff). Learn Thanos. Both of those decks will help you in *all* Marvel Snap because they are so interactive.

I think sersi will be fun and probably good and her rng won't be that impactful but she'll be a wait and see for me if she is just good might just pass also I'm extremely low on resources so might just save back up for now the last 3 new cards in a row that I've went for have cost me all 4 keys which was really rough

My question is why are there so many Agatha decks in conquest? (proving grounds and silver) seems like for every 4 matches I play one is an Agatha deck. Sersi has that RNG element that I am not fond of in a card. Who knows, it’s the same way I felt about Nocturne and I love her.

Can someone explain how the move-mechanic change adversely affects Phoenix Force? I don’t see it. You can still move a Multiple Man-PF, and then Ghost-Spider it, or Doc Strange it, or Venom, or Arnim Zola, or whatever. How does moving PF first, and then playing your other cards have a bad effect on it? That’s how the PF always worked. In fact I think it was stupid before how you could move a boosted PF/MM to dodge Shang-Chi, and then the copy would still slide back to its original position after Shang missed. THAT was stupid and broken.

IGN was great when it was The Den--back in 1999. I also 100% agree with you on Jim Lee. I find him completely overrated. While he is considered to be the most iconic artists since the 1990s, I feel that Scott Williams did a lot of heavy lifting in that duo and got very little credit for his work. Also, from what I've learned over the years, Jim Lee is kind of turd personally and really undermined Chris Claremont when they worked together on those old X-Men runs.

New players (and all players)...BUY THE SEASON PASS! It is the most crucial to the grind. Next, be ready to grind through Series 3. Don't get burnt out. Your time will come. Don't waste resources like gold. Hodl. Hodl. Hodl. Until you find cards that work with an archetype you love. Focus on one maybe two archetypes. I built out Destroy then Evo to give me two solid archetypes to play Also, Conquest is a great way to get random boosters for cards you have. Why boosters? You don't control mystery variants (lots of free mystery variants in Conquest, Collection Track, and drops), so if you have a bunch of Agent 13 boosters when you catch an Agent 13 variant, you can upgrade it. Upgrading cards brings collection level and new progress in the game. More caches that you open gets you closer to Spotlight Keys & Tokens This has been my Snap Talk 😅
