Thank you!!!
Wow! Thank you I've never seen this before.
Lady this helped a lot. Thank you
i have tried, and it is a very effective way to activate the serratus and lower traps, i have done only 1-3 times per a few days and the muscles were kept activated!
Thanks for doing these helpful videos. Would be great to see you turn your back to the camera occasionally. Really great job.
Thanks
Omg i love this
This is 2 years old now, has anyone had success with this? I may be stating the obvious, but how is someone with FSH supposed to get their arms high enough to do these exorcises? I haven't been able to get my arms that high in years. So without some kind of device to help me get my arms up that high, I can't do this.

The first version, with elbows at the rib cage, was recommended by a physical therapist to me. I’m in the same boat-I can’t lift either of my arms now-so I was doing a version of this where I kept my elbows to my torso and tried to pull the headband/therapy band open while keeping my elbows where they were. I have to admit, I definitely fell off the wagon on doing my PT exercises. But recently one of my quads is starting to atrophy and it’s motivating me to try and activate the muscles and mobility I do have. Would love to know if this particular exercise helped someone with their stability or posture!

Probably just some minor editing to make herself look a little better in the lighting
