I just did this 2 days ago on my 2015 Chrysler 200 2.4 Multiair. Unless you have have arms and hands like a toothpick, you need to remove the passenger side tire and inner splash-shield. That will make this job alot easier and gives you 100 precent access to the idler pulley for replacement. The splash shield is easy to remove. My 2015 had 128000 (thousand) miles on it. Both my pulleys were in perfect shape still.

That won't work for the 2019 dodge promaster city. Is a totally different setup.

Ok great video . 2016 Chrysler 200 limited cannot get a ratchet in there for the tensioner. Now question if I remove the right front wheel can I see the pulleys. Thankyou guys

My tensioner doesn’t take a mm head to release tension, I can use a crowbar but it won’t give enough leverage

The 2012 Chrysler 200 2.4 is different the ps pump is at the top left of the engine
What really gets me why a 16 mm. It was always 19 or 15 why do they haveto Change it on us
What is the belt number
This Diagram doesn’t account for AC compressor
You only got 6 pulliess, my 2.4 got 6 pullies, your pattern won,'t work for this 2.4 motor.

This is not how the belt on this engine is. There are 8 pulleys not 6. Thanks for but this is useless
