After so much tweaking, messing around with everything I finally got this bastard rigged right. Granted he's due for a renew given I did stuff with his model in hindsight that don't quite work that well...
Still bout damn time. Back to work!
ALSO for anyone wondering: Basically this tutorial helped alot:
NOW if you're gonna use a snake, you may have to make sure the teeth and tounge are all one model, I had to (for now anyway) use morph targets for the mouth to close and open.
