The 10 Commandments (in particular the first four commandments) are more than just a list of do’s and don’ts, they are the principles that God seeks to instil in the minds of His people so that they reflect His likeness and image. Worship goes much deeper than our outward actions, worship goes to the core of our very existence and to what makes us who we are and who we ought to be. When one worship God, one is connecting and uniting oneself with God and heaven. Before one kneel, one must be repentant and forgiving. God won't accept a sinful soul who is not willing or yet to confess, repent and forgive.

How do you address keeping the Sabbath of the 10 commandments? YHWH ordained in His spoken and written word confirmed by over 6000 miracles during over 40 days in the wilderness.what day we are to keep holy and to hold our weekly holy convocations/corporate worship. Jesus nor the apostles EVER authorized or changeed or repealed keeping holy the 7th day Sabbath replacing it with Sunday.

Lord of the Sabbath … Our children no longer fear God. Instead we follow the ritual of Ishtar by dying eggs symbolizing rebirth and the tree of life and gifts. Constantine directly created the Cult of Sol Invictus (created Dec 25) and Mithras alongside “championing Christendom.” Constantine is not who you all think he is. He changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday, and created the title of “Holy Seer”

@@ProudServant Constantine didn't have that power but I understand what you mean. The world and many Christians follow a man made tradition. The Sabbath was, is and will always be the 7th day blessed and sanctified by God the creator of heaven and earth.

This is what God says to us about His Word. It was written by 40 different authors over two thousand years who never knew each other and who all had one theme in common- they all painted to the coming of Jesus. 2 Timothy 3:16 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work Many of us can relate to what you say about the Bible, even people born and raised in Christian homes until God Himself reveals these truths to us through the Holy Spirit and gives us a new heart and mind so now we can understand them. Before that those truths were hidden from us. 2 Corinthians 4:3 “And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.” The Bible can be understood as we dig deep into it and ask God to help us, to reveal these truths to us. He has spoken in the Bible, are we prepared to seek Him, do our research? Unless we do, how can we say the Bible can’t be known or understood? Let’s do the research. What Was the Purpose of Water Baptism? For the Jews and their “gospel of the kingdom,” water baptism was a required expression of believing faith. We see in Luke 7:28-30 those that were baptized with the baptism of John, justified God, and those that chose not to be baptized, rejected the counsel of God. Luke 7:28-30 28 For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he. 29 And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John. 30 But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him. John’s baptism was a symbolic baptism. God tells us in Hebrews 9:22 that there is no “remission of sins” without the shedding of blood. At this time, Christ’s blood had not yet been shed. Jesus spoke in Matthew 26:28 about His blood being the blood of the New Testament which is shed for “many” for the “remission of sins.” Matthew 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. We see in Acts 2:38 that on Pentecost, Peter preaches repentance and baptism for the “remission of sins.” Christ’s blood had been shed, so “remission of sins” was available for those who by faith obeyed and were baptized. Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. We see in Mark 16:16 where Jesus speaks of believing faith accompanied by obedience. Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. In I Samuel 15:22 we are told “behold to obey is better than sacrifice.” Christ is the Lamb of God. He willingly sacrificed Himself upon the cross. Those under the “gospel of the kingdom” who believed in Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God, possessed obedient faith and were baptized.

The Bible is Very Badly Written. We Know from History and Across the World that People Cannot Even Agree what it Says or Means. For about a Millennium People Interpreted it Literally and Concluded it Supported Slavery and after that Decided there was a Different Interpretation and it Didn’t Really. Any God Worth Their Name Would Have the Power to Write a Book that Everyone Could Understand. Any God With Any Sense Would Realize that Human Beings Were of Finite Mental Capacity and if They Really Did Want to Write a Message for all Mankind Would Write a Book that Everyone Would Recognize as the Word of God and Understand. It Makes No Sense at all for God to Write a Book Which in Practice has the Net Effect of Confusing Everybody About Something as Basic as Whether “SLAVERY” is OK. If The Bible is Intended as Moral Guidance it is Demonstrably and Indisputably Badly Written and So Not Plausible as the Word of Any God Worthy the Title. The Bible is What it Appears to Be. It’s an Eclectic Collection of Writings and Stories Mixing Historical Fact with Supernatural Fiction Written Over a Thousand Years Ago by People Who Weren’t Even the Most Enlightened People of Their Time and By Modern Standards were Spectacularly Ignorant. Sorry If You Can't Understand This it's Not My Problem...

@@thelawofworship The Bible is not a Reliable Historical Source Because it does not Meet the Standard Criteria of Source Reliability used by Historians. The Bible is Not, as many Believers Assume, Eye Witness Testimony. Reliable Sources are Generally Based on Authors Who Were Eye Witnesses to an Event (i.e. it is a Primary Source). Since Any Particular Source May be Fabricating Their Story, Multiple Independent Sources are Usually Required for Confidence. Establishing the Lack of Author Biases, Including Religious Motivations, is also Necessary if a Work is to be Read at Face Value. The Bible Satisfies None of These Requirements. Based on Historical and Archaeological Research, There are Known Historical Inaccuracies in the Bible. The Bible is Considered Mythological by Most Historians. Historians Know the Gospels are Largely or Entirely Myths Because They Share the Same Characteristics in That They are an Apparently Normal Story Except: The Text is Structured to Convey an Underlying Meaning, Usually to Convey some Political or Value System, Using Symbols that are Familiar to the Intended Audience. Refers to or Retells Other Myths and Stories but Often Some Aspects are Changed to make a Specific Point. Historical Improbabilities, Occurrence of Miracles or People Acting Unrealistically. Lack of Corroborating Evidence. People Do More Research on their Cars and Homes They Buy. But Not on the Religion They Live Life By... Blind Obedience is a Dangerous Thing... Christianity May Be Considered a Religion, But It Was Actually Developed and Used as a System of MIND CONTROL to Produce SLAVES That Believed God Decreed Their SLAVERY. DOING REAL RESEARCH WILL SHOW YOU IT'S ALL BEEN A LIE... And “NO” You Can't Use The Bible to Prove the Bible. That's Not How “TRUTH” Works. That's Using a Book of SORRY'S and LIE'S to Tell False TRUTHS... If You Can't Understand This It's Not My Problem...

@@thelawofworship Reliability is a source evaluation skill which asks you to draw a conclusion about the trustworthiness of a source. Evaluating historical sources for their reliability is important because it helps us to determine whether the information contained in the source is trustworthy. The first key points historians want to check about a source is whether the source is based on accurate knowledge and understanding. To do this, they might check whether the author was there at the time, whether the author was involved in the event, whether the author understood the overall context. Reliable information must come from dependable sources. According to UGA Libraries, a reliable source will provide a “thorough, well-reasoned theory, argument, etc. based on strong evidence.” Widely credible sources include: Scholarly, peer-reviewed articles and books. A credible source is one that is written by someone who is an expert in their discipline and is free of errors and bias. Reliability refers to the consistency of a measure. Psychologists consider three types of consistency: over time (test-retest reliability), across items (internal consistency), and across different researchers (inter-rater reliability).
