Yes, me too. I am actually treating these episodes like treasures, only watching one, when I feel it's really "needed". Luckily, I figured, that even re-watching them is fun; but still, the first time always bears the chance of revealing sth really unexpected - like this time as well! :D

I think the "absolute casserole" was the biggest laugh on Taskmaster ever... Even Alex has completely lost it, I wish I could see the unedited version!

Not too creative either. They only used paint, and ripped off a preexisting, famous art piece. The team of 3 knocked down part of the wall, used paint, and fire, and hit the wall with balls. True, it didn't look much like art, but that's not what the task said.

Eleven series in and I think, "They can't surprise me anymore" and they hit me with the whole story leading to 'Absolute Casserole'. What an achievement.

I'd leave my wife for Mike at this point

So I discovered that when both horrified and incredibly amused, as I was with Mike's absolute casserole reveal, I laugh in the same way as Little Alex Horne, hands over my face.

I am actually a little upset that no one brought in Alex Horne for the annoying task. Easy 5 points. Ed Gamble would have done it.

Jamali's wallet moment was wonderful.

Lee should have at least gotten a bonus point as an apology for being made to eat an egg... Took it like the truest of sports though, damn.

And also, if you listen to the Podcast, you'll find out that apparently Alex felt absolutely horrible about having made that mistake. He apologized profusely behind the scenes and I'm sure he meant it. Every single person who knows him and has worked with him describes him as the loveliest person. I dare say a strangers interpretation of a single smile might count for less.

@@supermatt87 There are a couple of different lines of argument for it, but the only one that's remotely cogent is to do with the conditions chickens are kept in on commercial farms. Honestly though, veganism isn't so much a diet or even a lifestyle as a religion. Logical consistency is very much beside the point.

@@supermatt87 They aren't IF the chickens are kept in a good environment. But they almost never are. You pretty much have to know the person you're buying them from, or raise the hens yourself. Also veganism isn't always entirely about the treatment of the animals. It can also be about environmentalism, and/or personal health. Recent surveys have shown that animal welfare is the actually the least likely reason for people to be vegan.

"Massage the inner Mike" oh goodness my sides. I am so very glad I found this show.

Thought: if they every sold a book of Greg's highlighted quotes from the VTs, would people buy it? That and Mark Watson's 148 cheeky texts 😊😊😊

When I tell you I was SO proud of Jamali when he found the receipt in the wallet, finally someone found the hint or in this case full answer

I'm like Sarah...I probably passed wind 5 times watching Mike try to pass wind. It becomes almost like a hobby after age 50.

Jamali's abstract drawing looks like roses and I actually would love a print of that.

I remember watching this episode when it was broadcast. When Mike came out with 'absolute casserole' I laughed so hard and for so long that I genuinely had to get out of my chair and lie on my bed until the fit passed. One of the best moments of the whole show.

Where did they find enough string for the final task in the middle of a national string shortage?

"It's a real casserole down there." ... I mean ... line of the SEASON!

IDK why but whenever Jamali is happy I feel a surge of glee run through my whole being.

I would genuinely buy a print of Jamali‘s painting. I really enjoyed it

jamali finding the answer key inside the wallet is one of the most satisfying taskmaster twists i've ever seen

Yeah now i genuinely think he made his family members show their arse. Which is beautiful, in a way, i guess.

at the end winning by chucking rubber bands in is a far cry from shooting them in which was the task mikes effort was a true effort

I dont disagree but the footage showed them both try one at a time and then both tried multiple at a time. It is what it is
