I can barely understand Johnny's accent because english isn't my first language, but my god he is so sweet and innocent. Between him shouting stuff in the umpire chair and getting so excited with the balloons in the last episode, he has become my favorite.

Yeah, I generally understand heavy/odd/different English accents quite well (I'm American), but I always have trouble with Johnny. It's the combination of the accent, plus he doesn't enunciate well, there's some mumblemouthing going on there.

I started laughing so hard at "I am not a crook" that I got dizzy. Legitimately had to pause the episode to make sure I was okay.

Are you me? My biggest "Wow" moments came from Noel Fielding and Nish Kumar. I really didn't think i could like either of them at the start, but they turned out to be my favorite people. Noel in the most recent "Champions" episode was probably the hardest i've laughed at the series ("My grandfather gave me those cheetos").

Taskmaster is eternally rewatchable. The musical score from Alex Horne, the tasks, the cinematography, the contestants, everything about it is fantastic. If I were British, I'd make the trek to the studio for the live shows without a doubt.

Johnny could have easily chosen one of his noises as "I'm doing my own task, ignore me!" repeatedly.

That would've been really pushing it considering that saying a phrase, by definition, isn't the same as producing a noise, AND he had forgotten to make them louder and louder. I think they didn't disqualify him purely because his overall performance in the tasks is already pretty poor and the bar is set so low by all the contestants this season, Greg is softer on them.

The boat task, with contestants obsessing over finding a way to use the oars despite them being useless, is peak task design.

The lack of a crowd in this series is a shame, but these contestants are so chaotic that I end up laughing enough to fill a room myself!! Cheers for posting this series on KZread, Taskmaster team!

I got some Baddiel-Brand chemistry from Richard and Daisy in the team task.

Taskmaster syndrome: When contestants are backed so far into a corner, it makes them forget about some rules.

That dinosaur barely moving at all is way too funny

i love Johnny Vegas, out of all the things he could have shouted, that's what he went with

I can't figure out Kathrine... she occillates between pure, genuine gratitude and something I've decided to call sarcastic whimsy. I think I'm in love.

Damn. One of the most impressive things about this show is Alex's ability to just quickly rattle off random shit from a list without stuttering, getting tongue-tied, or slowing down.

Is it just me or is this THE most likable group of contestants ever on the show. I love them all!

I’ve never laughed so hard watching this show than the montage of Johnny testing different ways of getting around during the task with the yoga balls. Especially paired with him going “this is dehumanizing”

Watching Daisy laugh gives me more joy than anything else in the past year

I love when Alex looks like he is about to laugh.

I can't decide whether I'm more in love with Daisy or Johnny, they're both so amazing.

The joy you bring to the rest of the world by sharing these eps is some next level shit. Thank you for making the world a little more bearable today.

After seeing johnny on countdown, gobbling up food, I can't believe his class standing in the boat :')

"Johnny was 10 minutes, 20 seconds, and 40 more seconds and 5 more minutes and another 6 minutes, and then 2 more minutes" That adds to 24 minutes, unless I'm mathsing wrong.

That live task was actually, despite Greg's performative scorn, quite entertaining! Super jazzed we're getting to see these!

I've been refreshing this channel for hours 😬😅

Discovering Taskmaster this summer and bingeing was one small weekly dose of sunshine to forget the pandemic but this new season bring it back right away due to social.... .... wait what was I thinking again? I can't stop laughing...

Never EVER stop making this show

...at no point were they instructed to get IN the boats, they all just DID it and if they hadn't gotten in they wouldn't have had to go through that

They were probably asked off cut to get in the boat to read the task

alex losing his composure and face palming along with katherine, then biting the pen to try to stifle a giggle at richard were both so great lol.

Series 7 has broken me i cannot listen to the theme tune now without having Jessica Knappet screaming over the top of it through a little box!

I love when the ads from KZread sync up with the transitions for the ads that aired on TV.

I watch a lot of british shows so you would think I would get used to various accents but I still struggle to understand some of Johnny's words

That's because he forgets that words are supposed to have consonants and just mumbles a string of vowels together.

Jonny is always incoherent.

This cast is only proving better and better. I don't know how you find this many good participants.
