Also did you know that the mustang (Also known as the American wild horse or Alberta Wildies by the Canadian people) is brought here to North America from Spain 400 years ago by the conquistadors and also used as spiritual animals to Lakota Indians? Their name for this iconic breed of horse is Shunka Wakan meaning "Spirit Horse".
