The song is called "MAJIXX" or "MJ-XX." I think it's part of the BOOTLEG releases. Extremely cool track that works well on a loop. MAJIC/MAJIXX and MJ-12 were supposedly codenames for U.S. Government research projects into UFO's, extraterrestrial technology and information control. "MAJESTIC" is another that's associated with them. It fits Lain's themes _very_ well. That show was ahead of its time.

There is a huuuge rabbit-hole or might I say an Occult Web arround this, search about how Babalon Workings by Jack Parsons prolly started all the events of Roswell which themselves lead to... MAJIXX 12 hence the name because all these events were started by Crowley Magik's system. There were already signed of all of this since Admiral Byrd and his affair in New Swabia, that's where the top SS escaped with Vril-Ya, Maria Orsic etc

5:01 in case anyone was wondering, current estimates put the number of neurons at 86 billion the earth couldn't support that many humans evidently, we exeeded the sustainable number of humans on earth resulting in a steady decline in birth rate in developed countries. also, keep in mind that without artificial fertilizer and genetically modified crops we would have reached that limit much sooner if it was not for the development of the Haber-BOSCH-Process we would have run out of food in 1918 in fact, the threat of a global famine crisis was the reason this process was developed.
