How could we design a small 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom courtyard house? Courtyards take up a lot of space in any house because it's an open area surrounded by different rooms in the home. This design wraps 3 sides of the house around a courtyard and uses a privacy fence to enclose the rest of the backyard. There's a pathway leading from the courtyard to a pergola and seating area, then to the parking garage.
