I was there last February and I really enjoy that Resort
Been there two times. Love the size of the hotel, the layout of the property and quality of the food and drinks. Many hotels in Punta Cana are like small neighborhoods, WAY too big and pain to walk/travel within. But this hotel has the perfect size to walk from any point where you are located.

I found this one way too big and too much walking as well! Also,I wasnt a fan of the beach! It looked like brown tea ! The sea-weed overpowered the beach!

@@traceymanzano4015 1. Depending on the season of the year, you'll find a lot a Sargassum on the sea. Major problem in the Caribbean, not only DR. 2. If you find Serenade too big, you'll have a hard time in any other hotel in Punta Cana since almost everyone is the same size or waaaaay to big.

Ok cuz I was looking at pictures and was like there no way everyone can see yu inside the shower when they walk to the sink .. cuz I was gonna. Ring a shower curtain in my bag

Yes.
Only staff in main lobby may understand english. Once you leave the lobby good luck communicating. Staff of all levels have access to your room at all times when u are not there. I had items stolen. Also , the room doesn't have A/C the buffet lacks protein options and the ones they do have you have to line up and wait for the guy to cook it in front of you , I waited 20 mins. Beach water is packed with so much seaweed it feels like wading in a WIG SOUP

Good things: beautiful rooms , buildings and amenities, staff are very nice. Pool is nice , beach sand is nice powdery white, large balconies, gorgeous scenery and very clean resort.
