Love the video! We are going in June, so thank you for the tips!! Are there any extra check out fees when you leave? We also want to make sure we get reservations at the restaurants as soon as we can, was it easy to make the reservations at the front desk and locate all the activities? Thank you in advance!!! 😁

Thanks for checking out the video Alyssa. There is a $20 departure tax payable at the airport depending on the air carrier you travel on, some are included in the fare. Once you check in, the guest services desk is to the left of the front desk in a room. Do it ASAP to get what you want. You can only book restaurants on the All Suites side unfortunately. You can visit the bars and only the buffett on the other side. Like most hotels now activities and everything else you need is on the app. We enjoyed it so much we are thing of rebooking it. Have a great vacation.

Is it possible to use all the restaurants at the other serenade resort if you are staying at the All Suites? Any limitations on the use of restaurants?

Hi Marcus, I was very surprised to find out that guest of the All Suites are not able to book any restaurants on the family side. I planed to try all of them and was told I could only go to the buffet and all the bars. Very disappointing. Thanks for checking out the video.

It was very good Mike, I would return. The only thing I didn't like, and should have said in my video was this. You could not make reservations at any restaurant on the family side. You can go to the bars and the buffet and that's it. I was very surprised at that. Thanks for checking out the video.

Are gratuities and a resort fee charged at the resort, or are they included in the room rate? I booked through Orbitz so I’m wanting to get an idea of what to expect to pay at the resort

Hi Elijah, I did not see any resort fee on my bill at check out. I did tip throughout the week but never felt any pressure like some resorts. I primarily stay at Sandals where tipping is not allowed which is fantastic. You really feel the staff is in it because they want to be and not for the tip. Thanks for checking out the video.

At the rooftop bar area, those padded lounges are so dirty and gross.
