Unfortunately winning a major requires a 100% commitment to tennis and more importantly playing without being nervous and that's been the issue with Serena since her 2018 comeback, it's always been a combination of nerves and lack of commitment to tennis due to having a daughter.

I started following Serena after RG 2012, I know I was late back then and I wish I'd known her 4 or 5 years prior as I only started watching tennis in 2011 but not regularly as I only watched 2 tournaments back then when Serena was still absent due to the injuries, but in 2012 I watched RG then Wimbledon, my first memory of watching Serena was in her 2nd round match and I was impressed by her performance, then she grew up on me as a player when she advanced further into the tournament and I remember being thrilled by her win against Azarenka in the semis where she fired 24 aces and I was so happy when she won the tournament, from that moment I became a stan of her and started watching her old matches and searching through her stats, I was 16 in that year, I feel like Serena was a part of my teen years and my adulthood, I had so many glorious memories watching her especially at times when I was depressed or in a sour mood and she's literally the only player who brings smile to me during wins or losses, no other player has held my attention like Serena did, she's unique, she's an incredible aura around her and she oozes charisma! Thank you Legend for all those years of following you through ups and downs and for all the stunning accomplishments you achieved in your career ❤️❤️

Throughout the entirety of her decades-long career.. Serena, excelled! Against all odds: racism, misogyny, unequal drug testing harrassment, biased criticisms, body shaming, unequal sponsorship offers, bigoted press headlines, racist social media posts.. Serena, excelled! Despite, the many years of discouraging difficulty from those involved in and around the Tennis industry.. Serena, excelled! Despite the many years she endured without major support from her own "PATRIOTIC" countrymen.. Serena, excelled! Whilst, forcing other players to consistently raise their game levels of sheer power, increased ball speed, strategical ball placements, advanced tactics and physical logistics.. Serena, still excelled! "They" did everything in their power to destroy her triumphant Legacy.. yet, she excelled! ..because, Serena is the essence of what others believed to be.. "impossible" - achieving, what is actually, possible.. She is, and will always be, our undisputed, 🐐 Thanks for all the inspirational memories, 👸SERENA. # FAREWELLTOUR 🐐

I can't wait to see what the future holds for more younger women in their primes right now like Leylah Fernandez, Emma Raducanu, Ajla Tomljanović, Coco Gauff, and especially Naomi Osaka who's still in her prime right now. The future looks bright for these younger generations to step up after Serena🤟💜🎾.
